Husbands first time getting Culver’s. Found plastic stuck to the cheese when we got home. As you can tell from the bun. That’s where it was pulled out from…. looks like plastic from the cheese singles?? We went there around 8:59 pm tonight in the drive thru

I wouldn’t claim it is 5 star food, but it’s far, far better than the fast food joints. Burgers are freshly and quickly made to order and not sitting under a heat lamp. The staff is efficient and friendly and even when busy everything is kept clean.

Stopped here for lunch and ordered a cup of soup and a side order of mashed potatoes. They gave me a container that was less than half full of mashed potatoes. I brought it up to the counter, thinking it had to be a mistake especially since the soup in the same size cup was filled to the top. But they told me that this is how much you get for $2.99 for mashed potatoes! There can’t even be 2 ounces in this cup. They need some smaller cups!!!! Very deceptive!!!! Won’t be coming back!!! I could buy a 5 pound bag of potatoes at Walmart for $2.99.

Good service and good burgers at an affordable price. You can find less expensive but you are definitely not going to get the quality you get here. They also have options for salads, chicken, and of course you can get dessert with several options for shake and custard. If you want a quality meal at a family friendly price this is a good place to keep on your list of options.

Though I didn’t make it in time to experience biting into a curder burger I made do with a double deluxe cheeseburger with deep fried curds on top! After the meal got the 2 scoop vanilla custard with chunks of Dove chocolate and chopped strawberries and yum o guys . My cashier was fabulous and made my desert also. My server was very accommodating and even came back to check in our table to see if we needed anything! Atmosphere was clean and friendly

Food was great, and glad to see younger having a job, but Lack customer service. Phones and side conversations should be done when no customers to be waited on.! Paid for large ice cream(custards) and got mediums but my husband didnt want to take time to correct them because their too busy on phones n talking. Food was great!

Food was good. Onion rings a little over done but everything else really good. Was very impressed with the customer service there. Mallory took our order. Was very attentive. Extremely impressed with Nicky in the dining area. Difference between Port Orange store & Ormond, Port Orange is worth the extra drive. Nicky had dining area spotless. Took time to stop & let us know how to do survey to get ice cream. Took our trays. Wasn’t used to that. If I could give better than 5 stars for cleanliness & customer service, I’d give an 8.

Horrible experience. Placed pick up order through the online app. It was supposed to be ready at 5:15 p.m. We arrived at 5:30pm. After repeatedly pressing HERE on app, we had to call the store and tell them to come out. No apology of course. Meanwhile, a teenage boy kept bringing all of the drive-thru orders out and ignored us. When he finally brought us the order, he just stuck the bag in our car window without even a greeting. Zero social skills. When we got home, our dinner was cold and soggy. Pretty sad since we ordered the most expensive things on the menu. The portion size was pathetic. Small amount of cold soggy fries and a rotten lemon. Won’t be doing this again!

From the moment we walked inside the door we knew it was going to be amazing! The cashiers or friendly, the atmosphere was calm and clean, the food was delivered to our table in a timely manner, and came to us cooked to perfection. This was an amazing experience that we will definitely be repeating! I highly suggest coming in and checking it out. The best part is my son loves junk food, and I love healthy food, yet we both found more than enough options. Love it!!!

The fish sandwich was large and flaky white fish, which was delicious. Chicken was all white meat! I loved the onion rings, but I was not a fan of the french fries. The menu had a large selection of different things. I like that the kids meal came with a small dish of ice cream. Restaurant was very clean and Had an option for outdoor sitting which is really nice.
