I was not impressed with the food. But the worst thing was our waitress. She never checked up on us. I asked for unsweet tea. She brought me sweet tea. And when I asked to bring me unsweet, like I asked, she snapped at me and said that, I never said that. This place is not very big.And they were not very busy. This is the worst experience I have ever had. While eating out at a restaurant I will NEVER go back!

This is a great little local restaurant. The people are great, the food is good, the service is good, and they always keep the tables well sanitized. It’s a pleasant space and family friendly. If you order a chile relleno, you get an actual stuffed poblano pepper. Try their Taquitos Mexicanos or grab a cold beer with nachos or wings! There is also a pet friendly outdoor space during warmer weather.

HIGHLY dissatisfied with our experience. We called and placed an order at around 7pm. We were told that it would be 20-30 minutes as they were busy. I got there at 7:25 pm and told them I had a call in order. I was told it was not yet ready and to have a seat. From that point on, no staff interacted with me. 3 other people with orders also came in and had the same experience. Finally, at 8:30 pm my food was ready. No explanation, no apology for it being over twice the time waiting, nothing. I paid and got home (5 minutes away). My husband’s tacos Carne Asada was RAW. The shrimp in my big nachos was RAW. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times and they did not answer any time I called. We ended up throwing everything put so reduce the chance of any food borne illness that could come from eating anything raw. Waste of $29.

This place is delicious! The owner is super sweet. We like their salsa more than La Caretta. It’s so so good and has some spice to it! I love their shrimp street tacos! Their beans are some of the best I’ve had! Rice is also delicious. My boyfriend got the big nachos and they were huge and full of meat and toppings. Only negative thing I can say is they are short staffed and service is slow but it is worth the wait! Very reasonably priced as well.
