One of the best customer service experiences I have had at a restaurant in a long time. We went there for dinner and had the Club on the Sub sandwich, and it was so delicious! The flavors blended perfectly! The General Manager treated us like we were the only ones there! They really went over the top to make us feel appreciated! We will definitely go back to Firehouse Subs!

We got two subs, one was made correctly and tasted delicious, the second was ordered without mustard and it was obvious they had accidentally put some on and rather than replace the bun, scraped it off, leaving the taste behind. A bit unfortunate, but price was reasonable and order was ready at expected time.
