Mixed experience overall.
I really like their new $9 boxes – great value for the price!
I went through the drive-thru, and placing my order was a bit challenging. I’m not sure if the speaker system was the issue, but the employee seemed to have trouble understanding my order. It was early in the morning, so fortunately there was no line.
The part that frustrated me most was when I received my food and was asked which sauces I wanted. I asked for both “Hot” and “Diablo” sauces, but was told I could only have one. I’m not sure if this is a California-specific policy at Del Taco, but I’ve never encountered that rule before. It seems a bit silly since l’m still requesting the same total amount of sauce, just in two flavors.
Also, I enjoy adding chipotle sauce to my food, but at $0.69 per serving, it feels a bit overpriced. At some locations, l’ve even been charged more for the same add-on.

I ordered six tacos and a small drink got home open the bag. There was about 20 hot sauces in the bag along with the six tacos. I unwrap the tacos. Each taco had about 2 to 3 pieces of lettuce, no cheese and hardly no meat. I go there every single night usually and pick up food. I’ve never had food Made as bad as it was tonight along with the employee who handed me the bag was very rude on the way he handed me the bag. I’ve been to Del tacos all over Southern California. I’ve never experienced Del taco like I experienced this Del taco tonight and pictures of the tacos. I will be speaking with the manager tomorrow .

Always like Del Taco but they’re preparers here at this facility need to be a little bit more neat in the way they package the food. Most of the cheese on my taco was outside the shell in the package and flipped all over when I open it up. No reason for that. Take a little more time immediately. Put the cheese inside the taco and rap it tight. So you don’t get a black full cheese and tomato falling all over you when you open it up. Come on manager train your employees to be neat

Conveniently located del Taco for a quick bite across the college.
Food is what you would expect at this del Taco. The coffee has room for improvement. I would recommend going elsewhere for coffee. The breakfast egg and bacon burrito was surprisingly quite delicious.
The dining area is clean. Plenty of seating. It seems to be plenty of seating indoors. Drive-thru is also available.
Service was great. I was greeted with a smile upon entering. Food was delivered quite fast.

There’s always this Mexican lady in the mornings, and her attitude is not genuine. She’s always skimpy on the condiments, like it affects her pay check?That’s always a problem when I stop by there before or after work. I get a decent amount of food, I will keep leaving a review of it is consistent. I spend my money there so i think it’s time I leave this review.

Amanda helped me get in the bathroom pretty quick even though she was jumping between drive through and walk in customers ordering she handled everything very relaxed and was very personable,easy to talk to and kind I don’t know how the food is this location is in a prime spot though next to dollar tree harbor freight 405 fish jons nargain outlet grocery etc. give this young lady a raise if shes training people or training to be a manager seems like she would be a calm and collected one.

Drove through and Ordered some of the funnel cake fries and they never got entered for my order. Everything else did, also was given a spoon for my loaded fries, no fork.
Update 10-11 I’d like to thank the employee working the drive thru for NOT including any napkins with my drive thru order (sarcasm). Idk if they are trying to “save the planet” but you should at least include 1 or 2 napkins with peoples orders. With what they charge it’s ridiculous to think they are not providing napkins.

Love this location it’s clean and free of homeless for the most part that’s why I can go there with my family there is a particular woman that appears to be the manager she is kind of rude lack of friendliness not unless you speak Spanish then it’s all good rest of the staff is wonderful but this one lady kind of is the rotten apple in the bunch stingy with the sauces messes up the order almost constantly there’s been times I’ve seen her and say let’s eat somewhere else better than that it’s a nice location
