First of all my fries are dry n old. My bugar had bad lettuce was wilted. Our onion rings. Were not round. They were falling apart.

Went for lunch today around 2:17pm on 12/11/24. Went in, and the young lady cashier helped me out. Was very polite, kind, and patient. However, I asked for a Double Famous Star with Cheese without onion, extra pickles, and substitute pepperjack for american cheese. I was charged extra for the pepperjack cheese when the sandwich already comes with cheese and I just wanted to sub pepperjack for american, no problem it’s 70 cents extra. However, when I took a bite out of my sandwich when I got home, it had onions, no extra pickles, and was made into a SINGLE famous star with cheese instead of the double I paid for. On top of that I also ordered a spicy chicken and small fry on the side for my brother, and the spicy chicken was good. However once more, the small fries I got were COLD, STALE, and very hard to eat. I usually come here on occasion as I live near, and I usually get my order done right and hot, but today was not the best. Cold fries, incorrect burger, on top of incorrect burger it was also made wrong, and I was charged extra for something that comes with the burger. Not satisfied this time around with this location. Very disappointed.

Both the women and men’s bathrooms were out of service. How can this be possible for a restaurant??? How does this guarantee employees wash their hands to prep food??? I guess the employees are just too lazy to maintain the bathrooms clean for customers and reserve them for themselves.

Had to go inside and explain to the manager that the promotion wasn’t working on the app for national cheeseburger day. This wouldn’t be the first time nor the last time. It’s pretty common I have issues with this app. Sometimes it tells me certain burgers aren’t available at certain locations, but when I go and order from the drive through, I find out they are. The manager here was very helpful in helping me mark down the menu price to the promo. The app needs some serious back end work. It feels like half the time I try to use promo codes they never work.
