Been to this location, twice. Never tried, as Starbucks is my usual stop for coffee. Several was quick and employees were polite. 8 have a black coffee, but my wife took hers with cream and brown sugar and it wasn’t overly sweet. She also had there bacon croissant. They use real eggs, but microwaveable bacon. It was good and fresh.

I was a little disappointed came to the drive-thru they have this new pay card system I leave a tip next time I know better not to My food was okay but I was pulled aside for my misplaced misordered bagel bites She said no more than 2 minutes I mention I had a therapy appointment for my daughter She said no worries She says pull out front waited outside a little longer than expected I had to go get them myself No tip next time!!! The sad part about it when I mentioned where is my bagel bites after they realizing I did give them a tip they chuckled that’s not nice!!! This was at Friday jan.11:30 a.m. the 9th!!! Retrain them to be on time and appreciate and respect their valued customers!!!

I placed an order about an hour before picking it up. I ordered through the app. It said on the app that because I was ordering two dozen donuts that the order was going to likely take some time to prepare. I paid and went to pick it up through the drive thru. I ordered at about 10am and went to pick it up at 11am. It was paid for. When I get there the order wasn’t ready because they thought I wasn’t going to pick it up. Apparently customers have made the mistake in the past of ordering at other locations by mistake or not picking up their orders at all and I had to pay for others decisions. When I asked the employee, “Why would I pay and not pickup?” His response was what I said in my previous sentence. I was in a hurry because I had ordered the donuts for my daughter’s birthday and the point of ordering it beforehand was for it to be ready for when I went to pick it up. Awful service and I definitely won’t be going there again.

The girl in the drive thru was very rude. She had an attitude from the very moment I pulled to the drive thru & she rushed my order. Then she didn’t scan my coupon correctly and got anger with me telling me I can’t have my coffee. Very poor service morning crew is super grumpy.

Having a rough start to the day, I went through their drive through for a coffee. Quick service, a friendly smile, fresh hot coffee on a cold day. She even said “Have a blessed one” when I left. Wonderful customer service – thank you for making my morning!

I decided to stop in today for a coffee before heading on the road and running some errands. I usually do not frequent this location even though it’s steps away from my house because I’ve had more bad experiences than good. I ordered my usual medium hot cappuccino with hazelnut shot and not only was my coffee almost $5 but but the cup was mostly foam. When I pointed it to the girl and said that there was no coffee in here she said that’s what a cappuccino is supposed to be like because of the foam. I pointed to the middle of the cup and said so the coffee comes up to here ans she said yes. She then asked if I wanted more coffee or another expresso shot or to make it into a latte which is the same thing and honestly all I believe she did was add an express shot. There was more foam than coffee in this cappuccino. This is ridiculous! I spent almost $8 for a cappuccino and 2 donuts and it was definitely not worth it. Save your money and go somewhere else I’ve had better coffee at Wawa for sure! The picture was taken after I sipped half of what was on top and spit it out my window. There was definitely still more foam in this cup as you can see
