Loved this Mom and Pop vibe cafe! Just our kinda place. Food was good, portions big and service was excellent! Would definitely stop by again if in the area.

Traditional diners — the ones with regulars, local waitstaff and cooks, countertop seating looking back into the kitchen, kitschy wall art, forever-brewing coffee, and a standardized menu – are a rare find.
Trish’s is a traditional diner, with a relatively small interior + plenty of outdoor patio dining (although coastal weather, with frequent fog and rain, is a toss-up). Service is friendly and relatively quick, and if the place is less than half-full, your meal comes even quicker. I was particularly pleased to get a decent-sized pot of hot water for my tea.
Prices are reasonable, food tastes like diner food (if you’re a diner aficionado, you know what I mean), and it’s a good place to go if you’re hungry and trying to get out of the cold.

Quaint and intimate, settled not very far from the 101. This local diner offers a nice selection of typical breakfast diner fare, but with some nice variations that are worth trying. I enjoyed the Out of the Way Benny with hashbrowns and found it to be excellent, with very crispy fried chicken and rich hollandaise sauce.
Friendly and attentive staff made for a pleasant morning. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a local cafe to enjoy yourself at before hitting the road again.

Loved every second of my visit here. Food was fast, and tasty. Don’t miss out on the house potatoes— they were so yummy! We had their coco crispy crunchy French toast & a fried chicken Benny that did not disappoint. I wish I lived closer so I could go back. Worth the few seconds off the freeway for sure!

We stopped here for a late lunch. The staff were very nice. My husband had The Out of the Way Chicken Sandwich and loved it. He said it was tasty and original and he would go back for it. I had a really good sausage breakfast sandwich. Our kids both had the chili and neither really liked it. We’re tried it as well and it was a bit dry and had more chili powder in it than we cared for. Overall, we really liked Trish’s, but we wouldn’t get the chili again. Definitely worth the stop though.

Such a nice restaurant, staff very friendly & excellent breakfast. I asked if there was anyway I could get 1/2 order of ambers breakfast tots & they were happy to do that. Hot & yummy – delicious! Husband had sausage & eggs, we split a very tasty side of bacon. Indoor & outdoor seating available. Highly recommend

Sweet little spot. Warm atmosphere. Great food!
Had Amber’s Crispy Tots. They were crispy. Which is a MUST with the gravy goodness that follows & doesn’t become mushy. My honey’s plate was super yummy; I didn’t even need to ask cause he was humming with each bite . Thank you!
