Absolutely horrendous! Dry sandwich & sloppy packing! I paid the full price. This was supposed to be a BLT, people! Fries flipped upside-down in my bag! Ugh, I didn’t find out until I got back to work & tried to eat on my lunch break. Very disappointed, never again! I wish I read the reviews 1st!

My family very much enjoyed their food, but I sadly didn’t get the same experience. I ordered the Pretzel Baconator. I was very excited about it even though it was nearly $15 for my meal alone. I received something very sad compared to the delectable sight that is the Baconator topped with a pretzel bun. I can understand that mixups and mistakes can happen, but I can’t excuse it. I have requested a refund through the app, and I am waiting patiently (and hungrily) for a response. It seems as though a labeling system might fix this issue, as none of the Saucy Nuggs were labeled, and we had to guess and hope the right one went to the right person. (To the customer: I’d recommend taking the extra time to check all the food, as the very few times I’ve been here, not once has everything been correct. You wouldn’t want to expect a nice cheesy burger and bite into a mean lettucey burger with no cheese.)

Placed an order at the drive up, got to the window and my order was not in, and had to pull up and wait for my order to be prepared (fresh, for which I am thankful). The order was brought out by a worker on her cellphone. The oder was incorrect but I was told I wasn’t charged for my full order! Very disappointing. I normally have no issues at this restaurant but today was disappointing. The food was fine but the professionalism and service needs to improve.

My first time walking into the location instead of drive thru. It was so nasty inside.. I wanted a lemonade but the drink fountains look like they HAVE NEVER BEEN CLEAN. some of the workers don’t wear gloves, I watched this lady cash me out and go straight to the fries with her bare hands. I watched another lady wipe the sandwich board off with her used glove after she took it off. No hair nets.. the list can go on and on. I work in the food industry and this was beyond sad and disgusting. Yall should be ashamed.
