Very cute place tucked away in the quaint First Addition neighborhood of Lake Oswego. Feels like going to dinner at a friend’s house, very comfortable, warm & welcoming. They are open from 3:30p-9p M-Th and 3:30p-9:30p Fri/Sat. It feels like a secret as it’s tucked away in an upper floor of a vintage type building that feels like maybe it was a house in years gone by. My husband and I had dinner for two and we had Sarah as our server who was friendly, knowledgeable and truly seems to love her job. We shared the mac n’ cheese & the 4 soft tacos, Sarah suggested getting 2 chx , 2 pork which we did & we enjoyed the pork more as they had more flavor. I had a glass of cab with dinner & it was a decent pour for $10. We noticed they hv Happy Hour M-Sat 3:30-5:30p & we’ll definitely be back to check that out!

3.5 stars: A friend and I went to Baird’s on B for happy hour because the menu looked intriguing. The service was friendly and the patio seating overlooking B Street was so comfortable and fun. I wish the food had been better to fit the wonderful afternoon spent there. We ordered the following:
Crab cakes: 3 small dollar coin-sized medallions. It didn’t really taste like crab – at least there weren’t any easily identifiable lumps of crabs but then again the crab cakes would have to be much larger to accommodate any sizable chunks of meat.
Brussel sprouts: I thought this would be oven-roasted but instead it had the oiliness and texture of being deep fried. Even the center of the brussel sprouts were dried and crispy which means it may have been deep fried or roasted way too long. As a result of the dried-out texture, I didn’t get much flavor from it.
Vegetarian potstickers: this was our favorite dish but the bar has been set pretty low. While the texture of the wrapper and the flavor of the filling was good, the filling to wrapper ratio was woefully low. To make it worse it was overly glazed thus making it salty. Certainly the extra soy dipping sauce was not needed. It would’ve been better without the glaze.
For the price of these 3 items as well as the many positive reviews of this restaurant I expected better.
My friend enjoyed the glass of house wine and I liked the refreshing cranberry lemonade.

We tried out this place for the first time on 5/13/23 for a Mother’s Day dinner (1-day before to avoid the crowds). We were seated swiftly. Their staff was unusually friendly and attentive. Excellent food with a nice, classy ambiance. We had chose them again for our Valentine’s dinner together this year (2024). We were quickly seated near a window. We first got an appetizer of roasted cauliflower with cheddar cheese and bacon. It was really good. I ordered the shrimp scampi and she had a seafood dish called Cioppino. We have yet to be disappointed.

The fruitflies should be hired as an attraction there’s so many of them. The atmosphere doesn’t have a wow factor. The service is spotty with new servers being hired on a monthly rotation. Bottom line, it hasn’t been the same since Courtney left…..

Came here with colleagues. The service is fantastic with wide ranges of wine selection. Food is reasonable well on what we ordered stewed seafood in tomato broth, grilled salmon , grilled scallops and fried potato balls .. but the scallop is kind of smell and seem not so fresh! The ambience is casual and cosy!

Friendly staff and a lively atmosphere with strong drinks. The dinner menu items are standard but there are some great items on the specials list, I had a monkfish with lobster corn hash that was excellent. If you are in LO, Baird’s is worth a stop

And the coolest part was the ombiance was perfection it’s up above a building and it just has the right amount of lighting- quaint feel and the staff is super lovely and helpful. We arrived earlier than they opened and they sat us nonetheless.can’t wait to go back
