I drove through the gentleman, who was very thoughtful and kind in helping me. The guy who brought out my food was very nice. I looked at my French fries, held them up to him, and said, “Are you not supposed to fill your fries up?” He said, “That’s how much it’s supposed to be in there.” My suggestion is that if you’re gonna fill a fry-up halfway, you should use a smaller container.

The guy taking my order was very rude. He kept cutting me off to tell me the price of my meal and I was not finished with ordering my food. Additionally, I asked for no pickles because I am allergic. No pickles is also listed on the receipt. They gave me extra pickles. I could not eat my sandwich. Worst chickfila I have been to.

It’s like a well- oiled machine. This is more than a fast-food place. Workers are polite, nice, helpful. What planet are these people from? Chicken sandwiches are always great tasting and so are their waffle fries. Their employees are quickly to pick up your tray once you’re done and always ask if they can get you anything else. A pleasure to eat here, and we visit whenever we’re in Henderson. Highly recommended.

Serving moldy eggs on salad, called and called to talk to the manager, a girl answered and said she didn’t know and hung up. I called for 15 minutes and they would just answer and hang up the phone. Do better! Reached out to corporate and still haven’t heard from them.

You know, unlike Starbuck’s… I feel good after spending a few bucks for a bit of food for a snack or a full meal! It is actually very reasonably priced and I love that! Please keep the food real, the prices down, and the kids working educated! I believe whatever you are teaching the line attendants will carry them through to a real-world where they can actually communicate with others. (some chains just dont see the benefit). Thanks! Alan

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwitch meal drove all the way home which was 30 minutes and the sandwitch was missing called and they said I’d have a month to pick it up. And when I went today to get it I asked Anahi the manager if she could throw in a complimentary French fry for the mistake she said no call corporate. Lol I’ve worked in many restaurants and anytime a mistake was made we made sure to give something for the mistake. Horrible management.

I placed an order on Uber eats at about 10 a.m. the employees at the store decided to hand my order off to the wrong person then blamed my delivery driver, refused to make my order again, and when called to ask about why my order isn’t being made the person on the phone has the audacity to blame their mistake on me as well raise their voice over the phone. The whole team needs to be re trained on what customer service is. Very poor showing and will not be giving this location any business in the future.
