We stopped here to grab food before a concert at Hersheypark and the place was absolutely packed. Even with the crowd we were seated quickly and taken care of right away. Our server told us the food would take about 25 minutes and it arrived in just 22.
The food was fantastic and even more impressive considering how busy the kitchen was. Three nearby tables each had ten or more people yet everything still ran smoothly.
Staff food and service were all top notch. I would go back here without hesitation. Five plus stars all around.

I’ve been to several Red Robin’s and this one is by far the best I’ve ever been to. Everyone is nice and welcoming, the food was top notch, and my server was absolutely fantastic and friendly. Went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Down to turning the garnish on my drink into a smiley face. I wish I could remember her name. I guess the signs are right, Hershey is the sweetest place on earth

Ordered 2 burgers and a drink to be delivered. Burgers arrived late (not their fault), overcooked, drink missing. But the last straw was the very long black hair stuck to one of my sweet potato fries. I have silver hair, and so does my friend. Not ours! They tried to blame it all on the delivery driver.

If you like the dark and mysterious experience..ask to be put in the backroom….where you have to squint to see the menu and potentially use the flashlight on your phone. ( Sorry the romantic Valentines day aesthetic didn’t quite work, it more said..” hey we need to cut down on our electric bill”. ) The waiter came promptly, which I was very impressed considering the busyness of the place. Then the fun began of watching people come after us, and get there food, only to be told four times….our food was going to be a few minutes. Five minutes later, the food arrived…at this point we sat with hardly anyone around us. It was kind of hard to eat our sides without silverware. We waited so long, my husband headed to the bar to get silverware. The waiter finally came. We then debated to ask for our bottomless sides to be refilled…but took a chance. They came pretty quick, however they were the wrong sides….alas another long wait. At this point I was wondering how long we had been sitting in this dark and dirty restaurant…almost two hours. Next time we will let common sense rule, save some money and go to Wendy’s.
Ps: Thank you to the family who let their kid return the kiosk halfway to our visit, only to discover he played games and was charged to our bill. Actually that was very smart, well done…take note parents

After hours visiting Hershey Park we decided to go for dinner. Stopped at Red Robin for the first time. Amazing experience. Place was busy but it took less than 2 minutes for us to be seated. Service was fantastic. Servers are corteous, polite, friendly, and checking every 5 minutes if we were ok. Food was great. Price was great. We had a wonderful experience and really looking to coming back.

Seems to be hit or miss now honestly. I’m gonna assume it had to do with who’s working what positions that day. My most recent visit. We ordered the tower of onion rings. They were good the last time.. this time however, The breading was barely on and the onion was scolding hot. Just very messy. Aside from that, I asked for a little pink in my burger and when it came out, it looked like wet dog food. I could taste the crispy burnt patty. My wife’s was the same so, whoever was cooking was just scraping the pan from old burgers and not washing or using a clean pan.
I’ve been here other times as I’ve said and it was quite nice however…. Just really disappointed with this most recent visit as we were hoping the trip would be a highlight to a not so great day.

Wait was 45 minutes, so we chose to eat at the bar. The bartender was really helpful in getting us drinks and food, then off to our 7p concert. Us 4 moms had a great, quick dinner thanks to the sweet bartender.

Had Jalapeño Heatwave my favorite burger, had to ask for more fries immediately since they brought like 15 with my meal. But the new fries were hot and great.

Red Robin in Hershey has always been an easy choice when in the area. It’s reliable to have something for everyone on the menu, and kid’s getting a hot fudge or caramel sundae at the end really ensures the adults don’t have to over indulge while in the chocolate city.
Seeing the Madlove make a return to the menu was a welcome sight as well. Definitely an enjoyable fan favorite.
