Super friendly staff, accommodating also. This was our first time eating at this chain restaurant, and they did a great job.
I tried the chicken fried chicken with bacon Mac and cheese, baby carrots, and fried apples. No complaints, it was a decent good meal.
Others at my table got the pancakes stuffed with cheesecake, and they loved it. They were not a big fan of the gravy with the biscuits. If the biscuits were eaten alone, i was told it was better. I liked it either way.
It would be somewhat difficult for a wheelchair to maneuver through the store entrance into the restaurant portion of the building. There is no handicap accessibility door button at the main entrance.
It was on the low-moderate end of lighting and low to moderate noise levels also.
They had freshly mulched the outside plants, so it was not a pleasant smell to walk up to a restaurant to, on the bright side, you couldn’t smell it inside.
We have already talked about visiting again!

I had the chicken campfire meal. It was very flavorful the potatoes were so tender the chicken was juicy and so tasty. I am not a cooked carrot person but the carrots were delicious. It was a full half of chicken. All of the flavors worked great together. I had a side of the baked apples and they were so good. Overall a great experience.

We came back with the complimentary meal coupons guest relations sent us. Most second horrible experience ever. It took 15 mins to take our order. The servers were not well coordinated. We ordered drinks and got them 10 mins later. Then we waited half an hour for our food. Mind you, the restaurant isn’t that full. When we got our food, most horrible food plating. It was like a kid just through their snack together, and I believe the kid could have done better. We had food items missing. My husbands shrimp was missing off his plate, and my eggs were made wrong. They never brought my biscuit and gravy . We had to ask for the shrimp, ask for the biscuit and gravy, and only got the gravy. The shrimp was overcooked and hard, and my steak was raw in the middle. Never was asked how I wanted it. None of our food looked anything like the meals they had in the picture, especially the plating. The shrimp given to my husband had multiple different food items like a fried pickle. Which isn’t good because of food allergies and the fact that you don’t clean your oil and other stuff to have mixed food with your shrimp. We only got our drinks once never was asked how we were doing or if we needed a refill. I took a pick twice, showing it empty, then showing when my waitress came up to give us the bill but never looked at my cup. When she walked away, we had to call her back over to ask for refills. She did, however, apologize for our horrible experience her name was Lillian, our server. We also asked for our free cheese bites and didn’t get them till she handed us our receipt and they were hard and over cooked burnt. We love a good home cooking and really expected better. Im very disappointed in this location. A lot of staff goofed off. Need new tables, and need new kitchen staff. This location needs to be overseen by corporate, maybe secretly, so they can have that same experience. When checking out the registers, we were having issues paying the tickets. The customers were getting upset. And you can’t use your points due to the registers being down. I expected it better for such a restaurant location.

Great waitress.
You would think for the amount the food cost and how long it takes to get your order it would be fresh. The food was not freshly cooked. The hash browns were so cold they had grease coating the potato. The sausage patties were shriveled and the biscuit wasn’t even warm enough to think about melting the frozen butter.
My husband’s bacon looked like it had been baked the night before and sat in the bacon grease until served. If I ever go back it’ll only be for their fried turkey dinner. I had it once in Va and it was amazing I’m willing to try. Plus I realize but all of the restaurants run the same, don’t actually care about their customers.

Waitress was atrocious!! She had an attitude, ordered gravy on potatoes but didnt get any. When asked for it she grumbled then got a small dish of gravy and all but slammed it down. Forgot our biscuits after making a point of asking which we wanted. Biscuits were good as always but butter was too cold to use and she wasn’t happy when asked for honey. Portions were considerably smaller than usual and mashed potatoes were on top of chicken & dumplings. Had sweet tea but refilled with unsweetened and grumbled when fresh was requested. At the end of it all she gave us the wrong tickets! Overall horrible experience!!!!!! Restaurant was wonderful as usual.

Ordered the steak tips with my breakfast. Got raw bovine pieces lightly browned on the outside. I cut each one open to see if any were cooked so that i may not have to seek a refund and left them visible on my plate for the waitress or manager to see. I waited until the end of my meal to say anything, and when I did, I just requested a refund. The waitress did just ok with that and gave me 7$ off my meal even though it wasn’t what I wanted or ordered. This was not just rare it was raw.

I’ve eaten here a few times usually busy so there is a waiting line best to visit early or later. Overall food not bad however the quality varies as I was not impressed with the meals. I like their breakfast but I noticed my grits were watered down and somewhat cold. Eggs were ok, Bacon was a tad greasy no surprise here, my biscuits were a little dry, coffee was good. Waitress was a little slow on response but the place was busy so you have to learn to have patience. My table had crumbs on it prior to seating so they did not do a very good job cleaning it, so overall gave it a 65. My recent visit I noticed the floors were dirty suggest someone take some time to clean them throughout the day. I ordered a BLT (not on the menu) not recommended as it was bad. The bread had a burned taste to it? Ordered extra bacon (never happened) overall bad. The Fried apples and Ice Tea was Great. Had a complimentary dessert coupon was wanting a granny chocolate pie but they did not have it. The server recommended the Double chocolate Fudge Cola Cake w/vanilla ice cream it was so dry I could not eat it kinda sad had two bites and it made me gag the icing tasted like something out of a can nothing homemade about this dessert. My recent visit was not good so I’ll leave it at that as I’ve had way better meals elsewhere. Best to all who visit the store section is great had a lot of interesting items but the restaurant could use a good cleaning and maybe updating as everything was dusty and many things missing from my last visit like the glass domes on the table lamps.

Omgosh where to start. Amazing gift shop. Outstanding service. Not a long wait time between when you place your order and when you receive it. And the food was outstanding. I had the French dip and hubby had Chicken Fried Steak. Meals are good size to fit the cost. My new favorite place to eat. 1 down fall different locations and cooks prepare things different. So might taste a little different but still amazing

Takeout Trash… I usually LOVE Cracker Barrel. I’ve never been to a bad franchise. Never had bad food there. Until now. Had take out here, the portions were children sized. Food was cold, extremely bland. Meatloaf was dry, burned on the bottom, and didn’t even resemble a slice of meatloaf. I warmed it in the container for 1 minute and it literally crumbled. On top of that, they forgot one of my sides I paid extra for, gave me 1 cutlery set for 2 meals, and the cornbread was overcooked, dry, and tasteless. Nothing in this meal tasted remotely okay. These people obviously don’t care what they’re putting out at all.
