It’s great to see such a nice bar in Morgan Hill! The cocktails tasted great, really smooth and balanced. I really enjoy their water lily drink! And I hope they will create their own signature cocktails one day!

Absolutely incredible bar!
I visited from out of state and heard about it while eating at the restaurant owned by the same people. Glad I stopped in as the drinks were great, the food was amazing, and the atmosphere was to die for!!
A friendly environment great for everything from solo drinking to catching up with friends. My wife and I had a blast. Wish I lived closer so I could come more often.

Great little spot, however the bartenders need to up there game. Slow, not friendly and make you feel as if they are doing you a favor rather than giving hospitality. I have been here many times and same vibe. The cocktails are good.

Very disappointed with my first experience here. I work in the food service industry so I know what good customer service is and this place did not have it. Paid $37 bucks for two drinks and the lady who took my drink order forgot about it and we patiently waited 15 minutes for our drinks to come and another 10 minutes in line again and they said they lost our ticket. How do you take a payment from me (and tip) and simply forget about our order when there were about 5 bartenders working and it wasn’t even that busy. The music is also way too loud. The atmosphere was good and our drinks were good but considering this was my first experience with this place, I was very disappointed with the poor service considering the expensive price. Taking 30 minutes to receive two drinks without any food is unacceptable!

My girlfriends and I popped in for a drink and light bites here last week. We each got a drink and shared the French dip and chicken baguette. I asked for a mocktail version of one of the drinks and the bartender asked if I was set on that because she had other recs for a mocktail. She ended up making me a drink that was not on the menu which was super fun and I really enjoyed My other friends got the Negroni and the Clover Club and liked both of those. The interior was beautifully designed and there was lots of seating to choose from. We enjoyed the round booth seating where we were at. Towards the end of our time there the music got really really loud and it became kind of hard to hear one another so that was when we decided to wrap up. I am so happy Morgan Hill now has a cocktail bar like this now. I can’t wait for my next visit!

It was time for a night out with the ladies and SIlos was our location of choice! I had already scoped out the location hence I knew where it was though my girlfriends were lost as the signage for the establishment is missing. If you are looking for the entrance look for the main entrance to F45 and the entrance is right across from it.
I knew this wasn’t a full service restaurant though I was intrigued with the creative drinks and small bites of food. My drink, the Queens something a rather, the Sangria my other girlfriend had were on spot though the Mai Tai my other girlfriend didn’t like. I’m not sure what it was though she took a couple of drinks and left the rest. I didn’t notice until the end of our date otherwise I would have sent it back. We also enjoyed the marinated eggs/garlic/peppers/artichoke hearts, pork with pasta and chili with corn bread. The dishes are all small portions though delicious.
The bar staff was very kind and attentive to our ordering. One does need to go to the bar and order, food and drinks are delivered to your table. Note, if you don’t close out your tab before you leave the establishment a 25% gratuity to your bill.
The vibe is really fun. We sat at a table, though most patrons sat at the bar. The music at the level is that of a bar hence it’s not super quiet. We were able to hold a conversation and still hear each other at our table. I look forward to giving it another try!

Although this is a counter service place, the staff is very friendly and service is quick. We ordered the cold ginger chicken which was perfect. Just the right amount of spicy and very tasty. My wife got the gougeres which is like a fresh cheese puff. M

My wife and I were looking for a perfect place in Morgan hill to host a small after party on our wedding night.
The task was quite challenging as most of the night life is done by 11:00pm, but we came across Silo’s when it barely opened up for some drinks and absolutely loved the place.
We reach out to Bree and Ross to inquire about renting out the place the night of the wedding. After a handful of email exchange we decided to move forward with just drinks for the evening since we had food for the wedding. The month before the wedding my wife and I changed our minds and decided to add a late night snack and since I am originally from Quebec we asked them to see if they could serve Poutine that night. With out any problems not only did they serve a dam good poutine they also added it to their menu that week.
We probably had about 60-80 people throughout the night and had plenty of room to walk around sit at the tables and get some fresh air in the patio area.
It was a pleasure with Bree and Ross and definitely recommend this spot to anyone!!!

Went in for a cocktail. Sat at the bar & waited on the bar tender while she chatted with patrons who already had drinks. It was apparent she had no interest or intention to be bothered. Almost as if she doesn’t like her job. Pretty sure she’s the owner or manager. I left.

This is what Morgan Hill has been needing for years. Been a long time fan of Oak and Rye in LG and after hearing Silos would be by the same owners, I knew this place was going to kill and it does. Amazing cocktails and small bites. Went with a large group and ordered every cocktail and every small bite on the menu. You can’t go wrong with any of the items, but some of the highlights are below. We need more quality places like this in Morgan Hill.
