I cannot sing enough praises for this particular franchise chain of Biggby! This location and the one in the French Quarter are definitely the most idyllic examples of customer service people should strive for in the industry. They not only know my usual order, but can usually remember my backup, too, or suggest new drinks based on what I commonly order. The drinks and hot foods are consistently tasty and great portion size for price, comparatively. The original drink recipe menu has flavors for any mood, and some workers will even help you brainstorm new ones to try out. The front of house is always clean and inviting when I visit, and the workers create a fun environment with their friendly attitudes and customer engagement, especially when I play along with the Daily Trivia questions!
I will go out of my way to visit one of these two locations, but even the brand itself with other franchises is consistently a great value!
Definitely worth a stop if you haven’t already.

Some of the best coffee I’ve ever had! I got the Cinful Iced Latte and my boyfriend got the Berry White Iced Latte. Wish we had one in my hometown. The employees were very helpful too! Will definitely be back when we’re in town.

Used to be a very good coffee place because of the unique coffees you could get poured hot. Michigan Cherry, Pumpkin during the season or Vermont Maple Bourbon. For whatever reason, they are just another run of the mill coffee place. The kids they hire are top notch though. Its kind of the Chick Fil A of coffee with no Barista drama queens.

My wife and I just recently have been going here. It’s a great place. Customers service skills are 5 out of 5, made us feel welcome and my son (10 months) giggles because staff are amazing. Probably the best coffee in town. Thanks for being so awesome!

I don’t understand why my latte tastes like milk every morning when I come here. When I get my drink at other Biggby locations I can actually taste the coffee and flavors put into my latte. I’m not sure what this location is doing wrong, but they need to fix it. Here’s a pic of my iced milk with a shot of espresso lmao.

Omg wow first time here at this location. Very warm welcoming environment. Greeted with a welcoming smile and quick service. I got the holiday peppermint stick moca with an extra shot. It was so delicious. Really wish I had got a large. Not bad price. Great flavor. Definitely going again.

This is my favorite coffee shop in town. Mostly because they offer the sugar free mocha syrup. It’s delicious in an iced coffee!
Service is fast, as well as friendly. If you’re disabled, it can be challenging to get the door opened and wheel in by yourself. But I’m my opinion, it’s worth the effort!
