I stopped by a local burger joint in Galt and was pleasantly surprised. The burger I tried came with a huge amount of cheese — the way it melts and crisps into a “cheese skirt” is truly something special. It didn’t feel overpriced at all for the quality I got. The meat was juicy, and the bun held up well under all that cheese. Among similar chains, this place stands out — it feels like a classic, no-frills burger spot that really knows how to do a cheese-laden patty right. Highly recommend for cheese lovers.

I really like this joint. I first ate there when they were in their other location in Galt several years ago. Food is as great as the last time I was there and the servers were great! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because they closed down the Squeeze Burger in Madera several years ago. Now I have to travel to Galt for this food burger.

Came by to try the burger. It was super nice and you just must get the cheese( cheese skirt) and we did the beer batter fries. All made to order and super fresh. The burger was so juicy and the balance of cheese to other toppings was surprisingly very well balanced and nice on the taste buds. The fries a bit much maybe they need a fry sauce or some optional fry seasoning to make them super delicious. Overall a great, fresh cooked to order place.

1st of all, this IS the original Squeeze Inn shown on Diners Drive-Ins and dives. They were forced by some other company to change their name but these are the same people serving up the same delicious food.
There’s nothing quite like the burger that you get here. The cheese skirt that transform some of the cheese into a chewy delicious accompaniment to the rest of the cheeseburger is simply amazing. All of the condiments were of the highest quality and everybody was super friendly and I cannot recommend it enough.

The Burger’s here are so good, I love them. I got the Pastrami burger and it was loaded with Pastrami and of course that cheese skirt! The fried were good as well, properly fried and crispy. The staff was super friendly on the day I was there.

Always enjoy coming here! Our most recent trip we ventured away from the Squeeze with cheese and tried the chorizo squeeze and the blue cheese squeeze. Both were tasty, but I would have loved to have a mini skirt of cheddar cheese with the blue cheese. The fries were great too! Definitely coming back!

OMG good! Worth the out of the way we came. Chorizo and burger w/ skirt. Pastrami burger w/ skirt. Also had the melt in your mouth rib eye sandwich w/ provolone. Suggest just one thing and no fries each, but we had come 3,000 miles for this meal. Had split a huckleberry seasonal milk shake too, which was great.
