While I enjoy a greasy tortilla normally, I loved these tacos. The soft tortilla was perfect I recommend literally everything. I tried the nopales, asada and the pork and still can’t decide which I liked most. I also strangely liked their ordering system, it was easy to use and they were super quick.

Tasted good and the prices were great. It’s a nice spot to grab a quick meal. I liked the torta and the tacos. Solid choice when you want something fast and tasty!

When you go in you can either order from the kiosk or to the front desk. I chose to order from the kiosk because it’s my first time there and the kiosk has pictures of the tacos. It was fairly straight forward, click what you want, take a number, enter the number into the system, enter your phone number. Go to your seat and display the number so they know who to serve. The only problem is that it didn’t have an option to text or print out a receipt which makes it hard to claim meals.

Tacos had a good portion of filling. The cactus one (nopal) was unique but didn’t have much flavor to it. I really liked the ones with the big pineapple slice on it (taco chukis) The chicken (pollo asado) one was ok too. Love the salsa that they put on.

There is free self serve water at the pop machine. And after you’re done eating, you have to clean up by yourself – garbage, compost, and plates/cups.

Tasty very well made tacos. I’ve never been disappointed on any of my visits with anything that I’ve ordered. One of the best Mexican food in Seattle.

I normally don’t appreciate Mexican food that much but this place is amazing. All the tacos are so delicious and came really fast. It’s super easy to order from their iPad. The fact that there isn’t a long list of options and that they serve in small quantities make it easy to decide and try all the flavors. I love the house special taco, the grilled pineapple on the top makes it super flavorful!

One of the best taco spots around! Service is fast and friendly, even when it’s busy. This is my go-to spot whenever I’m craving real, no-frills tacos. Everything is full of flavor. Food comes out fast, staff is friendly, and the quality is always consistent. Highly recommend!

This is the SLU location of Tacos Chukis, and I’m happy to say it’s just as good as the Capitol Hill one

Obviously, the highlight is their house taco. It’s a ridiculously good combination of ingredients that blend perfectly well together – from the pineapple, guacamole,
salsa, and onions. The al pastor is just otherworldly – I can’t properly describe how good it is even if I were to write an essay on it

What I got new this time was the quesadilla, this time with steak
This was also pretty solid. The tortilla on the outside was very well charred, and had a great crispy bite. Like always, the guacamole, onions, and salsa inside are really good.
A few small nitpicks, though. Unlike other quesadillas you might find, this was just a single tortilla folded in half. This made it a little bit more annoying to eat, but not overly so. The cheese was definitely there, but I thought there could’ve been more of it. Lastly, the steak felt a little bit too lean and kind of dry. The pork from the taco was much better

Like always, the price is incredibly cheap, especially with how much you’re getting with the quesadilla – which can be a full meal by itself

Overall, this place is right up with its other Seattle locations, although I think I’ll stick to getting the pork next time

The tacos were bomb! I love the pineapple on top of the adobada tacos, these being the better of the two vs carne asada.
I ordered these on takeout and square doesn’t have a tip option before picking up which I didn’t realize until I pulled up to the restaurant. It’d be nice if they could add that!
