Social Profile:

The bb.q in our name stands for Best of the Best Quality, and that’s exactly what you can expect from every one of our restaurants. Our Korean fried chicken is crispier, juicier, and more tender than anything you’ve tasted before, and our sauces provide an eclectic mix of flavor. Every dish is the result of both longstanding Korean tradition and modern research and development from our very own Chicken University. It’s a tremendous amount of work, but it’s all worth it when you take that first bite.

The chicken is AMAZING! The sauce is a perfect balance. The honey garlic was the best. The rolled ice real is really cool as well. A variety of flavors + free toppings

Our first time ordering from bb.q chicken and I have never had Korean food. We ordered the kimchi fried rice, Galbi, Gangnam, and honey garlic chicken. It was all SO delicious!! The chicken is cooked perfectly and crispy on the outside. I will definitely be eating here again!!

I recently ate at BBQ Chicken in Marlton and would give the restaurant 4 stars. The chicken was generally good and made fresh to order, but there wasn’t enough sauce at first. When I asked about getting more, one of the employees even suggested adding a fee, which was disappointing.

If you’re looking for perfect chicken every time, I’d definitely recommend checking out Ten Asian Food Hall in Cherry Hill; their chicken is consistently spot-on.

I came in to have some dinner with family and I didn’t have the best experience.
The service was very poor. The two ladies at the corner were more focused on their phones, had an unpleasant attitude and in general, weren’t friendly. I even over heard them speaking poorly about another customer which was really rude.
My family member didn’t like her drink (it was very frothy and tasted a bit odd) but one of the ladies at the corner (i believe her name was Olivia? – brown hair) said she can’t have a refund. I personally think that she should have at-least offered her another flavor to try or gave her a more kind suggestion. Not shoo her away like she’s a bother.
The food was honestly good! It’s easy to tell that the cook (a tall guy) is very hardworking and puts much effort into his cooking! He rushed around filling orders and providing delicious meals!

Tried a few drinks, fruit syrup drinks seem to be a bit weird.

Prefer earl grey over most of the others.

Ice creams nice, filled to the top so it’s kind of awkward to eat without spilling at first.

POS asks for a tip when you pay by card but the workers turn away immediately when the screen appears so it’s less awkward. Tip jar on the counter.

Fried chicken seems to have more options than at Ten Asian food hall in Cherry Hill. Flakier glaze crust here but slightly drier chicken here.

Red bean pure tea is just milk and red bean. There’s no tea in it.

Sauce baked on the chicken directly seems less flavorful than sauce on the side.
Chickens good.

Tteokbokki is as you’d expect but petty watery.

Kimchi fried rice is nice, lots of decent sized chicken and kimchi in it. Thought the kimchi flavors a bit light though. Pairs well if you dump the tteokbokki sauce into it, but you lose the kimchi flavor.

Very clean restaurant, you can dine in if you want but I ordered ahead for my family and took my order to go. The food was fresh and very taste with nice sized portions. I loved the different flavors of chicken…we had original golden, Caribbean spice, and cheesling which all had great flavor. The chicken wasn’t greasy or sloppy with sauce, the fries were fresh. Tried the peach green tea with minimum sugar (very refreshing ) I received a free canned drink because of my point accumulation from signing up with an account. The meals came with pickled radish which I enjoyed for the crunch, flavor and the fact that it has a high vitamin c content. I also had Kimchi fried rice which was DELICIOUS I would definitely order again when in the area, try it, you will be in for a flavorful treat.

Been to many Korean chicken joints (I’m Korean), and this is the first place that doesn’t let you do a half/half order of your choice. You have to go with their choices, which are limited and not what we wanted. So I did an order of soy garlic, my go to, and an order of Gangnam style. (2 separate orders is obviously going to cost more than just doing an order of half/half, so I see what they’re doing here). I kid you not, my husband and I could not tell the difference in taste. I still have no idea what was what, as it wasn’t labeled. The space is large and appears to offer bubble tea and some other Korean staples as well. Service, was okay. Not very friendly, but takeout is in and out so whatever. I did appreciate that they included Korean radish without having to ask or pay extra like some places. To me, Korean fried chicken and radish go hand in hand.

My food never left the parking lot. I just wanted to taste it before I got home but once I did, I couldn’t stop eating! I followed everyone’s advice and got the honey garlic boneless chicken and it was amazing! The pickled radish was a nice compliment. I also got the honey jasmine green tea which made my taste buds happy. I can’t wait to go back and try some of their more spicier flavors!
