After leaving Cactus restaurant on the 3rd floor I stopped at the Starbucks on the 1st floor to inquire about a birthday drink. I was greeted with a smile from a very vibrant Sami with blue hair. Sami asked her coworker Susan for support with making me a protein drink. Susan was very knowledgeable about coffee which ultimately yielded an amazing drink. But these two women were the nicest and most helpful. I’m grateful to have meet them both. Sami’s kindness was a great birthday gift for me.

I ordered an Ice brown Sugar Oatmeal Expresso at the mall after shopping as I needed some caffeine but unfortunately my Oatmeal Expresso was just a very white brown sugared ice oat milk drink that didn’t have any of the Expresso I needed!! The cashier was not great at taking the order I guess and neither was the barista in making the drink!! I will never stop here again as this place is too busy to keep up the quality! Although it was quieter when I went in this time! Disappointed!

I’m a long-time Starbucks customer who spends a significant amount regularly and often purchases Starbucks gift cards, but after this experience I don’t think I’ll remain loyal.
I was at this location with my 4-year-old daughter, who was very thirsty and needed water immediately. I politely asked an employee for a cup of water. She rudely asked if I had made a purchase. I told her I fully intended to, but she dismissed me and said I had to complete my purchase first before I could get water.
We left without buying anything. The interaction felt unwelcoming and honestly embarrassing, especially in front of other customers. I was shocked by the lack of basic kindness over something as simple as a cup of water, particularly since most Starbucks locations make water readily available.
This is a good way to lose loyal customers. I will not be returning to this location.

Very very rude staff! I asked if I could please get a cup because they had accidentally marked my order for dine in and they never even asked me if i was here or to go in the first place so then had a attitude over the 2 cups I asked for to put my drinks in . I only come here once a year on snowflake lane and last night they were very rude. Never had problem years before. The 2 guys talking were not even helping customers just yapping. HAVE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE PLEASE!

Standard Starbucks experience with consistent quality. Got a grande pumpkin spice latte with 3 pumps of pumpkin instead of 4. Highly recommend modifying the pumps if you find a regular PSL to be too sweet. Also got a pumpkin loaf which I enjoyed. This Starbucks has a nice atmosphere both in the store and just outside.

The slowest Starbucks service I have ever seen. Place is completely empty. Ordered 2 drinks twenty minutes ago. I have never seen anything like it. First time seeing this at Starbucks. No online orders here either.
