Literally my favorite restaurant in CO.
Juan was the best server ever; absolutely hilarious and so sweet.
The food is crazy delicious. That canasta sundae is to die for, and the free horchata refill is fantastic. They don’t mess around with their horchata. We got the street tacos— sooo good. And their free chips and salsa hit the spot.

Came here on a Wednesday night and at 5 o’clock the place was completely packed, which is always a good sign for a weekday. Soon we found out why. Free margaritas! Are you kidding me? I am not. I had a vegetarian avocado and refried bean tostada hubby had the fajita burrito and of course, I sampled one of those freebie margaritas. Everything was amazing. Our server Magui (like Maggie) was extremely attentive and unusually cheerful. Restaurant service can be very forgettable, she changed that. They were very accommodating to my service dog, and we had a great experience. Ask for Magui and get yourself down here on a Wednesday night! the manager Brittany frequently checks on tables. Hostess Kristina is a hustla!! OMG she sits tables in rapid fire. This is the place to be. Google maps won’t let me start a new review so I’m doing an update on Christmas Eve 2025. Had our same server and same amazing manager tonight and couldn’t have been luckier. I had the crispy Riano plate and hubby had the steak fajita burrito. Chips, salsa, and skinny margaritas all around. You just can’t ask for a better experience.

I’ve never eaten here without seeing someone get a birthday song celebration. If that doesn’t tell you how much people love that place! If you want a big combo plate with rice and beans, smothered in excellent green chili, they got it. But they also have some more traditional Mexican dishes like Pozole. Staff is friendly and they don’t skimp on the free chips and salsa. Nice relaxed atmosphere.

Seeing other reviews, you should go in and sit down at restaurant not order take out. 10min from my home. I ordered the taco salad and got no beans, chicken was cold, and very little cheese. I say that and I see other photos where their plate is covered in cheese. Guacamole didn’t taste freshly made. Tasted like Guacamole made from packaged avocado spread. Was very disappointed. Salsa is great tho. I just didn’t have a great take out experience. People are great tho. But my food quality was below par.

I had two crispy chile rellenos w green chile-ala carte- (ala carte items not shown on menu). Delicious. Superb.
Service was prompt (Monday evening at 7:30). Been there numerous times, and staffing always seems spot on, no matter time of day.
Complimentary chips and salsa. Salsa might be spicier on different visits, but I love it everytime.
Green chile is delicious. Always.
Prices seem reasonable for the quality and portions.
Only criticism is that ala carte items/choices not on menu, so you will need to ask.

Her kindness made us feel very welcome and I appreciated how much spirit went into each and every birthday serenade of the evening! Great margaritas, yummy food, and a packed house on a Tuesday night made it a fun place to enjoy dinner!

I’m no longer in Colorado, for now, but spent an extended holiday with my son & his family there. We went to Los Arcos on 12/19/2025 for dinner. I was hesitant, because my last several visits there were sub-par. Food quality had declined. Now, I have to say I’m so glad we went. I got what I typically order, which is the crispy relleno plate with green chili. It did not disappoint. Your awesome flavors are back!!! Our server was excellent as well. We never lacked for beverages, as she refilled as needed. Wish I remembered her name. I never finish a whole plate of food, as my appetite has diminished with age, but I did finish it all this time. It was so delicious that I couldn’t stop eating until my plate was clean. Also, I currently reside in Texas, where green chile cannot be found in any restaurant here. I’m so glad you’ve worked on getting your food quality back to where it was when you first opened. Being from Westminster, we ate there a lot.

went there a couple weeks ago with my family for a sunday brunch. i had ordered pozole (as did my sister), but it seemed to be an older batch. it was super fatty (so many blobs of oil/fat floating at the top) and the hominy was so broken up. at best it was okay. neither me nor my sister finished it. brother ordered green chili plate that looked nothing like the picture on the menu. he ate it but did say it was just okay and didn’t finish all of it.
the service was good at first but i think they probably over sat our server in a short time because it did become slow afterwards. i had to ask two servers multiple times about every ten minutes for to-go boxes for my kids food. i don’t blame the server for this at all though!! she was very nice and tried to be as attentive as possible!!

Wow! From the salsa to the margaritas this was an awesome experience. All the food was so good! We will definitely be back. The fajitas were cooked perfectly with amazing flavor and a great portion.
