I like chipotle because the food is good regardless, but the customer service that I experienced at this chipotle was top-tier. I would recommend it a thousand times over. The food was ready so quick, it was all hot and fresh, the portions were top-tier and the customer service was out of this world. Allison is the one that helped me and I can’t remember the last time I left a chipotle with a better feeling. She went above and beyond, and I would recommend to anyone. Thank you chipotle for having employees like this one!

Guys… just look at the picture. How? I mean really, how? Seems like just pure laziness to me. I just want a good chipotle bowl, just once please!! What is so hard to make it good? This was beyond disappointing to open. Plus the girl was rude when I picked it up.

Chipotle is supposed to be a better version of fast food, that means more expensive, tastier, more healthy for you… fast food. They have the fast and more expensive part down, but the tasty part needs a little work. Seems every time i get the chicken, it is over cooked. Tough, hard, stringy. Portion size is too small on the meat, cheese, lettuce. The rice is not always done, is still hard and under cooked. This particular store is hit or miss. Sometimes the food is good, sometimes not.

The “manager” on shift at 9pm on 5/14 refused to give us his name after we requested it. He treated the employees disrespectfully while they were offering good and normal service to us. The employees looked genuinely scared, uncomfortable, and miserable. Then he didn’t change his glove to do the my husbands bowl after getting sour cream on multiple fingers. The line he was working in as filthy and got rice on the bottom of my husband’s bowl. My husband got a pinch of cheese and then had to request 2 additional times for more cheese and again at the register for a side of cheese after the manager refused to give him a normal amount. You can hardly even see the cheese in the bowl in this photo. When the side of cheese was prepared by the other staff member the man told us we would need to be charged for the side of cheese. When my husband told him didn’t get the normal amount on the bowl the manager told us that he was “yelled at today” about portion sizes. I won’t be returning to this chipotle. If the absolute bare minimum is the new norm then I won’t be returning to any chipotle. The level of disrespect he was treating his employees with was uncomfortable to witness. He literally used cuss words. This “manager” isn’t following simple food safety with glove changing but yells at his employees for giving us “too much” in a SINGLE scoop. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a chipotle.

Prices go up, portions go down.
Every single time I ask for double of something they do 1/2 a normal spoon, or if you’re lucky one full spoon. Then I have to ask for more a second time. What do you guys think double means ? Two scoops.
Workers usually act irritated that I want more than half a scoop of corn.

Food was actually fresh and vibrant.
This was the best Chipotle I’ve had in a while. The crew was literally washing the door with a rag. So, it’s definitely a well run location, and pretty dang clean.

EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I do a mobile order from this Chipotle, my order is messed up. I keep giving it chances because I like Chipotle and it’s close. I decided to go inside today to try and keep my order from being a disaster.
Today I went. They had no brown rice. Three employees were having their lunch break, which they are definitely entitled to! They were so loud I couldn’t hear the girl making my order.
Then she says they are out of chips. There were clearly about 30 bags of chips on the shelf behind her. The guy in front of me asked for chips and I could not hear her response due to the loud employees, but she made it clear they were not available. I did not get a receipt. My bowl WAS good.
Just very frustrated with this store.
