I ordered wings and they were raw and literally had no sauce on them. Not that it mattered about the sauce since they were raw and not edible. My husband ordered a pick 3 and only got 2 meats. I understand being out of brisket but then replace it with another meat or charge less. Very disappointed.

For a place that is all about meat they can’t do chicken well. Everything was hard and dry and needed slathered in sauce. The chicken sandwich didn’t come with any sauce yet somehow had pickles on it. There are no pickles mentioned on the menu. Just lettuce, tomato, and onion. So my sister’s food was trashed to start from the pickle juice soaked sandwich. The pulled pork was fine and had moisture from the fat. The sides, banana pudding, and portions were just fine.
There was barely any customers inside and we had to wait a bit to be seated. Also to mention it is very cold so bring a jacket if you get cold easily. I know it is called smokey bones but it does smell smokey inside so if you have smell sensitivities I wouldn’t recommend. You kinda become nose blind to it after you are sitting for a while. Waitress was fine. Bathrooms were clean.

It was a take out order so atmosphere was a three. I went in with 2 main past issues and really didn’t expect a solution to my concerns but to my surprise, Courtney waited on me and both issues were resolved. I don’t if if she had a magic wand or what but I left the store not only with good food but also a good attitude and that’s what keep customers coming back. Courtney is a tribute to your company and she deserves to be recognized for a job well done!

We went for Mother’s Day lunch, and it was great. Our servicer Brooklyn was so nice and very attentive. The food was great, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was nice. We got a burger that was huge and a steak, with cornbread and fried pickles for appetizers.

Mariah’s service was awesome! She was very friendly, attentive, helpful, and playful. She directed me across the menu with every question I had, suggesting things, that pertained to my questions (such as wing heat levels) and I went her expertise; they were phenomenal. Her banter was perfect. She definitely stood out as THE server/bartender of Greensburg. Food was great. Atmosphere was good. Highly recommend.

Hadn’t dined at a Smokey Bones in quite some time. Food was just as good as I remembered and very large portions. I real nice go too if you are looking for a lot of good food with many meat options to choose from.

Had the beef brisket chili for a quick lunch. It was extremely salty, like not in any way a normal level of salty. Unless this is a one off, I cannot recommend it. We did ask our server Mikala about it and she said there was nothing different done to it locally since it is not actually made in house. I wish someone in the restaurant would have actually tasted it to see for themselves but they didn’t. I highly recommend contacting the supplier and finding out what went wrong somewhere along the way. Unfortunately, we will not be ordering that ever again. Based on today’s overall experience I have dropped my original 5 star rating to a 4 which is really a gift.

Overall good experience. Had pulled pork sandwich with mac and cheese and baked beans. I enjoyed the beans and mac and cheese the best. Pork could have used better flavor. We sat at the bar and it was very bright lighting, not somewhere I’d want to hang out at for a long time. I’d certainly return.

I’m not sure if we had an off night or something, but with Texas Road House full we came here. Was unable to get a drink until after the food was served and the chicken portions were anemic. I’ve seen chicken wings larger than the $15 piece of chicken that my wife got. The food we did eat was good, but they need to do better.

My group and I stopped by the Greensburg, PA Smokey Bones on Saturday, November 22, 2025, after finishing our bowling league, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Even though we were a pretty large party, the staff took great care of us the moment we walked through the door—friendly, attentive, and incredibly efficient. The food was excellent all around, and I’ve got to call out the Scorpion wing sauce… it is no joke (in the best way possible)!
Thanks to the entire Smokey Bones team for making our night a great one. We’ll definitely be back!

Courtney our server was talented and kind, thanks, Courtney! This was our first time at Smokey Bones, and we were happy with the quality and flavor of our orders. Bathrooms are clean. Manager was friendly. Atmosphere is cozy (it’s 11 Fahrenheit outside now), and it smells smokey good, yum!
