I’m giving this one a four stars because I was just here and the place is amazing. The menu is in Spanish so you should know what you’re getting into before visiting. I ordered completely in Spanish and got the Pollo Torta for $15. The reason I removed a star is the high price for a small torta. I learned Spanish in Chicago at college and used to eat on 26th St, which is THE place in the entire country for Mexican food. The tortas there are bigger and are much cheaper, so I felt like I overspent. The chicken (Pollo) is dry, but the cooks know that. They put jalapenos and guac in the torta to help remove that “dry feeling” from your mouth and that actually works! I could only taste the dryness when I got to the very end of my Torta, where there wasn’t any jalapenos or guac.

That was a Big waste of 50.00 the worst mexican around. Dried up old meat with no flavor. Chicken tasted like cleaning products and the tacos were all burnt meat and a big pile of cilantro. Needless to say we couldn’t eat it and ended up throwing it away. Menu was only in Spanish and the place was dirty and didn’t even have a customer restroom. Definitely needs a visit from the health dept.

The quality of the food makes it worth the price after taxes. Also the presentation of the food was executed well, food looked great. Coming from San Diego (taco mecca) I’d say this is the best taqueria I’ve tried in Colorado thus far. Been here about a year.
