Damn! They deliver a $32 Cali special pizza ice cold after the app said it was sitting in the store for an hour. They should have remade the pie and let me know it would be on the way fresh and hot. But they think their idea of a good response is to give me “enough points for a free* medium 2 topping pizza.” How does a $9 pie replace my $32 PLUS TIP pizza? The pizza was not made correctly. It hardly had any sauce or cheese with undercooked toppings. The bacon was so hard it was inedible. The ONE person staffed at the time was rude as well and poorly trained. Worse fast food experience that got my family sick and I’ll never eat at this specific dominos again.

I came in just as my order was being completed and then the employee dropped my cheese bread. He made me a new one and rushed it through. The middle was doughy and it was trash, totally inedible. While waiting for the cheese bread my pizza which was already finished got cold and old. I ended up with a cold dry pizza and a raw cheese bread even though I walked in the door right as my order finished.
I would cut some slack and still be perturbed, if they would have bothered to cook the cheese bread all the way, but since they just went ahead and screwed the entire order up and rendered half of it garbage, I give them 1 star.

We stopped in Domino’s #6276 on 84th and Pecos.
From the moment we walked in the door at 7:35 PM, the team working kindly welcomed us.
The women who took our order clearly answered all our questions and took the time to guide us through the process. It was our first time there.
It appeared from the number of pizzas they were making, the order printer buzzing, and the phone ringing, they were dealing with a rush of orders from online delivery, online pick-up, and walk-in, but they handled it with ease.
The pizza chef worked like a machine. One pizza at a time, making sure each pizza was perfect before starting it through the oven.
The order taker/cashier/Boxer/and anything else required to be done was fast, efficient, and pleasant as she greeted everyone that entered.
This is an awesome store, clean, friendly, and fast.
