Really good Mexican food here at Frida’s. I stopped here along my way to my hotel in Memphis, & the place did not disappoint! A relaxing atmosphere, along with my table on the covered patio made this cozy stop well worth it. I stopped an hour or so before the prime dinner times & I was immediately seated & served. I was never rushed to leave either, as I had just driven 17 hours from NJ & needed a break! I would definitely eat here again.

This was my first time trying Fridas and I got the fajita trio to go. The vegetables were not tender and the meat was not seasoned well. The rice and beans were a little too salty. The churros were really good. Not sure if I’d return.

My boyfriend and I come here often but what really made our visit exceptional tonight was our waitress, Brittany. She was attentive, friendly, and genuinely made us feel taken care of from start to finish. She checked on us at just the right times and made great recommendations.Brittany truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful dining experience. Food was great too! I love their enchiladas and nachos. We’ll definitely be back and asking for Brittany again!

Yo if you ever in the feeling for some good Mexican and a good vibe with good service Frida’s on Madison is the place to go, and if you want to add some exceptional service to your visit ask for Frisby my boy is the truth! Like seriously if customer service was a person it would be Frisby! Shout out to the cooks at Frida’s the food was the bomb on point and I loved every bit of it!

My girlfriend and I came in tonight, and I’ve always loved this place — the food and drinks are consistently great. But our waitress, Brittany, was phenomenal. She kept our drinks filled and ran her station perfectly. Thank you for such a great experience! I highly recommend any of their margaritas, and definitely the enchiladas

I had an amazing time at Fridas! The chicken steak and shrimp covered in cheesy goodness over rice were absolutely delicious—so flavorful and satisfying. The service was fantastic, especially Guadalupe, who was super friendly and attentive. She made sure we had everything we needed and made the whole experience even better. Definitely a place I’ll come back to for great food and awesome service!

We got seated quickly and our orders were taken quickly. That was about the extent of the good. It was almost an hour after we got there before our food started coming. One person’s plate was cold by the time they got it. We had been there over an hour and a half, and I had watched everyone around me eat, including people at other tables that came in after us. The waitress finally realized I had never received my food. (We hardly saw her, so I never had a chance to ask about my order.) Nearly two hours in, she brings my food. Everyone else was ready to leave, so I told her to put it in to-go plate and bring me our check. An hour later and $150 spent for four people, I’m home and still haven’t eaten. We got no apology, no attempt to make it right, nothing. I normally give second chances, but for this one I won’t be back. I realize it’s a Saturday night the weekend before Christmas, and I tried to take that into consideration, but I cannot possibly in good conscience recommend this restaurant to anyone.
