Was in drive on Sunday night 6 pm waiting
10 minutes at speaker to give order. Pulled up behind 3 cars. By time I got to window it was now 6 30. No one at window but could see worker take orders in empty dining room for takeout. Still noone filling orders. When worker came I asked why it took 30 min and abruptly shut the window. I asked an older lady who came and she said we fill orders in order they are taken. I said in 30 minutes I saw him take 10 orders but I was there 1st.
Finally another 10 min she brought my food and I told her I person shouldn’t have to do drive and take out orders and filling orders. She said workers don’t want to work. When I drove off it was now 6 50. What is going on with newton kfc that makes people not work there. Several cars behind me pulled out of line and didn’t wait. Ended up at taco John’s and told them about their bad experience at kfc (son works at tj and said several customers had come from kfc). Wake up newton.

I waited at least 20 min before I could order then I waited at he window for 10 min before I was acknowledged and my money was takin and he shut the window before I could pay for my 2nd order. That took another 25min, i had to wait because i have paid for my order at this point, Then when it was time to pay for my second order it took another 10 min… this was the longetst wait and I was still missing a taco and a drink… total of drive visit was 65 min

My husband and I stopped while traveling, with the intention of getting something quick, on the go. While waiting for our food, we witnessed an employee touch his face/eyes with his gloved hand and the computer screen, then go back to touching food. A man came in after us to order food, and got his order before we did. At that point we decided to just get a refund as it had been around the 20 minute mark. The other turtle working said that they were waiting on tenders for our order. It was around 5:30pm.
Also, while placing the order, I asked for BBQ sauce. The order taker told me to “remind” her, as “there’s a lot going on back here.”
My husband said the men’s restroom was atrocious.

Would have rates it 0 stars if I could. It is combined with a Taco Bell so extra long drive thru line. Waited 30 minutes in line and they didn’t have my order in their system. Do not recommend.

The Manager, Nikki, may be the most professional and friendly fast food human beings I’ve ever ordered with, what a delightful person. The food was good, my napkins were missing, and she made it right. Clone her and put her in every KFC.

This was the absolute worst restaurant experience of my life. And I’m not a young guy. We came in at 11:40 in the morning and the dining room was empty aside from two women in a booth. Every table was filthy and the floor was littered with trash and food. I assume from the night before. We ordered extra crispy chicken. The chicken was freshly cooked so it was ok, but the biscuits were hard and the potatoes were watered down.

VERY GREASY!!!! 1/4 OF OIL IN MY CONTAINER OF HOT WINGS!!!!! REALLY???? I WANT MY REFUND!! I’M GONNA HAVE A SERIOUS TALK TO THE MANAGER AND TO THE HEAD CORPORATE….THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Ordered off DoorDash and didn’t receive the two large mashed potatoes and gravy’s so I had to drive across town to pick them up. When I call the guy at kfc told me he would get the ready well he didn’t and I had to wait on the food again once I got there. Nice eating hot mashed potatoes and cold chicken and biscuits

It’s been quite some time since I’ve ordered a two piece chicken dinner from Newton’s KFC. I quit going some time ago because the chicken legs were consistently awful. I’ve reluctantly went with my wife a couple times recently and had their spicy chicken sandwich which was totally awesome, great cut of chicken, tender and moist, perfectly prepared. She usually orders the Mexican Pizza which has been consistently good every time.
Tonight I picked up a Mexican Pizza to bring home for her and a two piece chicken dinner for me, hoping it would finally be good. Sadly it was awful, I ask for the original but not sure if what I received was overcooked original or overcooked crispy, tough, chewy and pretty scrawny, nothing even remotely close to the chicken of the past and shouldn’t have been served. Only one side with the dinner, no longer two, thinking they are selling the sides now for $4.00 small and not worth it.
Other restaurants nearby were all pretty busy but not KFC, I can sure see why, doubting if I will ever go back. The coleslaw was ok, nothing to write home to tell the family about, however the biscuit was good, no complaints with it. Where KFC is would be a great location to open up a chicken restaurant.

Quite possibly one of the slowest fast food places I’ve ever been to. Waited nearly 20 minutes for our food, saw a lady who was there before us wait even longer just for a large fry they forgot. 5 workers behind the counter, only the young dude with curly hair seemed to care. Burrito came out literally cold. Not that hard to just be upbeat, especially cuz it wasn’t really busy
