I order from here occasionally and thought I’d try something new today. I chose the hummus wrap, minus onions and lettuce. I got the tiniest wrap. It looked like they took a tablespoon of hummus and spread it so thin it was dry. It also is supposed to come with smashed avocado and it was missing. What I ended up with is a burrito with rice not a hummus wrap. Im not too happy with the price I paid and the product I received.

Awesome service! Very friendly and prompt. Everyone had smiles on their faces. Quaint area inside for seating. Food and smoothies were wonderful. Nice outdoor area to sit when it’s cooler out. Nice location. Ample parking.

I walk in and employees are complaining about not being able to go on break kind of discouraging to hear, it also mean to me that the quality of the product is sacrificed because the employees is just focused on break. Recommend training your manager better. My assumption was correct i ordered a Buffalo chicken wrap that was swimming in Buffalo sauce. You can tell the franchise owners are not involved in the place. Smoothie was the only thing that was a good experience.

I placed an order for pick up and I called to ask if someone could walk the smoothie right out of their front door because I couldn’t get out of the car due to having 3 infants in there. The man I spoke to pretended to “speak to their manager to ask for permission” come to find out HE WAS THE MANAGER and came back to the phone and told me no. Best they could do was give me a receipt with information on a refund. Will not order here ever again.

Ordered inside for a to go order. Waited awhile for a smoothie we ordered but employee didn’t ring it up. No problem, we didn’t get it but didn’t pay so it’s fine. Got in the car and started driving, passed out food to the family and a wrap was missing. We were not able to turn around and wait for it to be made.

Fantastic staff! They are personable, kind, and fast!!!! Whoever owns this franchise, keep up the great work hiring wonderful individuals and training them to put the customer first. I just made a lunch purchase and accidentally spilled my son’s smoothie. I felt terrible and offered to pay for another one. The staff was so kind, refused my offer, cleaned up my mess, and gave me another one. The restaurant is also very clean!! It’s nice to find an establishment like this these days.

Please stop employing teenagers that are lazy. Whoever the girl that was working in the cash register at 7:30PM on May 5th needs to be fired. Completely messed up my order, gave my order away to another person (without confirming the other persons order) was completely rude and didnt ask what side i wanted with my meal. While I was in there I also saw multiple roaches behind the cash register that were crawling around and I told the girl and she did nothing. I have came to this tropical smoothie awhile now but this experience did it for me. I will never go back after this.
