The Chik-fil-a in Opelika was awesome. They were completely slammed as hundreds of people left a baton twirling competition for lunch and they crushed it. I was probably 15-20 people back in line at the drive-thru and was in and out in under twenty minutes. Highly recommend this location if you enjoy their food.

I recently ordered the Spicy Deluxe with Pepper Jack from Chick-fil-A, and I must say, it was a delightful experience❣️ The food arrived at the perfect temperature, and the flavors were on point – tasty and satisfying. Despite the constant hustle and bustle, the staff served my order incredibly fast, which was impressive This place manages to maintain both efficiency and quality. I’m a happy customer and will definitely be back for more! 🙂

Garden salad is my favorite. I go once a week just to get a salad and diet lemonade. I love how it is made with real lemons. No matter how long drive threw is it is always in and out. They are very fast and thorough. The staff there is always friendly. I do order pick up so I just tell them my name and show them my phone and being indoors or outdoors they are fast and friendly.

This is very out of the ordinary that I would complain about Chick Fil A but this particular one for the past week has been horrible . I’ve had to come to the location because my Phenix City location is under renovations. First hey put Tom on the order & not Shawn so everyone was cluess when they started calling names in the drive thru to see who’s order was who’s, and then I ordered my daily chicken sandwich on a bun with one filet only and pepper jack cheese . I get to work I’ve been charged for an extra filet and my sandwich has nasty American cheese on it when I paid for pepper jack. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location and I can’t wait until the Phenix City’s location is re-opened .

This is the best thing ever from Chick-fil-A!! It is a Honey Drizzled Pimento Cheese Chicken sandwich. I got the grilled chicken on it. Oh my gosh, it is delicious!! Run don’t walk to get you one!

I went through the drive-through and my food was hot and fresh as usual! I am a Chick-fil-A signature member and This is my go to location. They are always very energetic and welcoming! Miss Christy Brought my food to the car today and she was so sweet! 10 out of 10 would recommend this location to anyone!

I want to give a personal thank you and shout out to Jared and the entire crew! Last Fri morning, either my card was malfunctioning or the card reader at the restaurant would not accept it. This store gave me the benefit of the doubt. Wonderful customer service and this place gives off an excellent vibe!

I will say it again. The quality of the food has gone down. I always order the grill chicken club. And it’s always cold and greasy. I was in line 15-20 and I asked could they cook my food fresh. I was told the food is always fresh. However, it wasn’t. I end up throwing in the trash. I always held chick fil a to a higher standard. But for the past year or so the food has been hit n miss.
Update: this is a year later and I’m still trying to give Chick-fil-A a chance. Recently went back for a grilled chicken club. Food was disgusting. the chicken was cold (as usual) the bacon was old. the bread was hard stale and falling apart. the fries were cold and strawberry lemonade was hot and just nasty. the brownie was hard as a brick!! As I said before the quality is gone down!!

I always have a great experience when I come here! However one of my latest visit was met with very poor service. The employee called Abigail that wears glasses and is a bit dumpy looking basically dropped my food in my lap through my window, said “Have a good one” and walked away before I ever even confirmed if it was my order or not. Thankfully it was, it I was very tempted to never return. If not for the amazing Manager at this location, I’d even escalate this poor experience to corporate.
