I had a great experience here! The staff are friendly and helpful, Emma helped me and she was so sweet! I got some of the reading program bookmarks for the summer. Food was amazing! I love getting the Krunch Bop, they make the Katsu chicken fresh (I like to add the sauces before the chicken so it stays crisp). They have such fun deals as well! Would highly recommend trying this place out. It’s one of my favorite places in Rexburg!

I had taken a bite of my cupbop and the rice hadn’t been cooked all the way so I went up and told them about it. They offered me a new bowl, I really appreciate that. The workers were very kind and understanding!

This place is so good. The ribs and brisket were NOT DRY! That is my disappointment with the other BBQ places around town.
My wife and I both loved the food. The cornbread was sweet and tender, the Mac and cheese didn’t have a heavy rue flour flavor.
We liked both the tangy and sweet BBQ sauces. It’s easy to get more from the self serve bar.
My wife said there’s too much cilantro in the street corn side, but I liked it. And the banana pudding was a lot of pudding.
Overall we loved our experience and will come again. Five stars on the meat, which is the most important part of a BBQ place.

The normal cup bop was great!
The only problem I had was that the kimchi fried rice seemed like it was over a day old. It was crunchy, underdone and really just gross to eat. We didn’t even finish it.

The food at every cupbop has always been nice and there’s a variety of things to try so it never gets boring to go back. Though I particularly don’t enjoy this location more cause they often have workers that switch in and out. Some weeks the place is amazing and handled so well but other weeks you find workers on their phones while the others pick up their slack. I never enjoy going in at lunch time for that reason. The main area is often a mess, which is reasonable for the amount of people, but when they turn around and I can see them clearly on their phone it leaves a bad impression. All in all, this place sets the expectations of a cupbop but the workers often don’t fulfill that. You also gotta check which foods are good to have. Ive requested fried foods before and either get told “there’s complications” or “being sold out”. They’re more than happy to offer replacements or compensate for the delays, which is nice. I often wish they get more food for how popular the location is.

Worst Cupbop we have ever had! Rice was clumpy and we were absolutely cheated on the serving size. The cups were only half full. There is no way we had more than 1oz of chicken or beef in each bowl. And never have I ever been under sauced at a cupbop. If I’m paying $14-$15 a bowl, I should not be hungry when I’m finished. Unfortunately we couldn’t do anything about it since it was an order pick up. $75 for 5 half sized bowls…shame on you. I remember watching the original owners on Shark Tank. They would be so disappointed in you REXBURG chain!
