We had a great experience at the Chick-fil-A in St Cloud, Florida. Our family chose to eat in, and the restaurant was clean, welcoming, and well set up for families. The kids really enjoyed the play area, which gave them a chance to burn off some energy, and the food was fresh and exactly what you expect from Chick-fil-A.
We also had a small incident where our son accidentally left behind his favorite stuffed animal, and we did not realize it until we were almost an hour away. I am incredibly thankful for the manager who was on duty at the time on January 1. They took the time to track it down, set it aside safely, and made it easy for us to come back and pick it up the next day. That level of care meant a lot to our family.
Overall, great food, a family friendly atmosphere, and outstanding customer service. We would happily stop here again.

Number 7 grilled chicken has bacon and cheese. I recommend pepper jack cheese and honey roasted BBQ sauce (see picture) to bring the sandwich up a notch. Make it a meal deal for a little more money. The meal deal includes waffle fries with Heinz ketchup and a drink. Consider upgrading the drink to one of their delicious shakes. When I was there the seasonal shake flavor was peach which was terrific. My wife had a brownie and said it was really good. Go for it!!!

Once again, this Chick-fil-A has exceeded my expectations! Even during the busy lunch rush, with both the dining area and drive-thru bustling, I received my meal in just a few minutes.
As I savored my spicy chicken sandwich, I noticed someone I assumed was the manager actively monitoring the buildup of cars. Within moments, several staff members began taking orders down the line and directing traffic to a newly opened kiosk. Before I knew it, the queue had shrunk to just a few vehicles.
I thought to myself, this is what good customer service looks like—a stark contrast to many other so-called “fast food” places I’ve visited in the past. Well done!

I love Chick-fil-A. I’m not sure what is happening at this location. The last few times I’ve ordered, the fries have been cold. Today, there was a downpour!! There is a nice overhang for the employees to stand under while taking orders. With the rain, we placed our order via the drivethru. It is not under the overhang. Therefore, I got soaked!!! I couldn’t hear the person to give her my order, which she ended up getting wrong. At the pickup window, there was a small overhang and a substantial leak running down the wall into the drive-thru window. Again, I got wet. I’m giving them one more chance and then calling it quits at this location.

A great restaurant with excellent service and reasonable prices. I can’t believe how quick the service was, hardly a minute had passed before my order was complete and handed over to me. Servers greeted me with a genuine smile and were polite and friendly. I wish other similar restaurants had the same outlook on service and how to treat customers. Thank you!

I placed a mobile order that was $16 when I get there they say I have a remaining balance of $4. For what? I don’t know so I didn’t pay it. They then went through my entire order with prices and said the new total was $26?? So now it’s $10? That doesn’t make any sense. The guy in the drive thru says “i’m just gonna send you to the window they’ll take a look at it” and same thing again only for them to tell me that “they must’ve charged you for your free biscuit” so one singular chicken biscuit is $10? How does that make sense. No manager spoke to me even though one was called over, just seemed like I was such a burden for not paying $10 for no reason. All in all, ruined my morning.

Excellent experience at this location. The entire staff, although busy, was very attentive and ensured our group of 10 hungry teenagers received what they ordered.
Bathrooms were clean and the dine-in area was being mopped and maintained during our visit.

Drive thru order at Chick-fil-A in St Cloud. Sprite tasted horrible tasted like the ice machine needed cleaning or the soda machine cuz it did not taste good. Did not get napkins chicken salad was lacking chicken and did not get the size straw they give for children’s chocolate milk. I have been to many Chick-fil-A Never complained. St Cloud’s Chick-fil-A needs a lot of improvement.
