Ben & Jerry’s offers the weirdest flavors of any ice cream parlor I know. Yet, just about everything they fancy up is simply marvelous! Wifey escorted me directly to Ben and Jerry’s once she saw it and I knew right away I was in for a sugar high . Oh well… Let the licking begin. Salted Caramel Blondie for and whatever for her. My cone was stacked so high, I got dizzy just looking at it . Boom! In a word… Delicious!

I went here on Saturday (2/21) around 9:30 PM and clearly informed the employee about a peanut allergy. He initially grabbed ice cream from the back, which I appreciated, but then used a spoon from near the peanut container instead of opening a new sealed spoon as proper allergy protocol requires.
When I mentioned it, he responded with an attitude and said, “Let me remake it then — I don’t want you to take 2 steps and then die.” That comment was extremely inappropriate and insensitive given how serious food allergies are.
I brought it to the manager, Chelsea, and she scoffed and said he “didn’t charge you,” as if that made it okay. This wasn’t about payment — it was about safety and professionalism.
Very disappointed in how this was handled. Food allergies should never be joked about or dismissed.

Love this Mohegan sun Ben and Jerry’s! Smells like fresh waffles cones all the time even if you’re not hungry this will do it! The ice cream is always amazing! Every flavor is so good! I always do the chocolate chip cookie dough with the chocolate dipped cone! The staff is always super nice and helpful! Every time you go there’s usually a line but it always goes by! I’d recommend the chocolate dipped waffle cone or the fresh plain waffle cone! THEY’RE THE BEST!! The only issue I had was my girlfriend got the non- dairy Carmel graham ice cream and it was freezer burned (see the pictures for the freezer burn). It must be because nobody gets non-dairy very often like the other flavors. That’s the only reason for 4 stars. Other then that, I’d come back again and again! Love their ice cream!

We went to Mohegan Sun to attend CES Boxing and afterwards, we stopped at Ben & Jerry’s to get some ice cream.
The staff was cordial, and the ice cream was delicious.
The only downside for this is the prices are steep for the amount of ice cream you end up with.
The line was pretty big but kept moving thanks to the staff.

Good service but the ice cream is not as good as you buy in the store. The Cherry Garcia had very little chocolate and cherries and the texture was very different.
The portions are huge but also expensive.
No wonder everyone is overweight.

This Ben & Jerry is the Hot & Spot at night and especially on the weekend. Yet this cold deliciousness is everything. My favorite is strawberry cheesecake and chunky monkey and yes please get the waffle cone. Service is fast and be nice to tour server.

Just like literally so good. Very disappointed we didn’t get the employee we have gotten the last two times to make our ice cream cause like that’s my king! but the service was still great and the ice cream is so freaking delicious.
