Ordered dinner for 5 people for pickup. The steak, al pastor,and chicken tasted good. The portions seemed meager though, even the rice and veggies were sparse. Seems like this is not a problem when we eat there.

Even though they ran out if brown rice i was directed to other good options. The staff helped me feel comfortable with the choices they had left and the food actually came out better than expected. Chipotle – Stockdale Highway (Visited Sunday at 1:30 PM)
This was by far the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. I ordered two bowls, and both were absolutely terrible. The food looked old, like it had been scraped together from yesterday’s leftovers. The presentation was awful, there was no flavor at all, and several of the ingredients I ordered were missing. My wife couldn’t even eat hers—it was that bad. The restaurant wasn’t busy, so there’s no excuse for the sloppy service or low-quality food. Everything about this visit was disappointing. Terrible food, terrible service — I’ll never return to this location again

There was a bug in each of my bowls! I tried calling and it’s automated, I ordered through Uber eats and they only refunded half my order, I tried contacting support through their website and it tells me to talk to Uber eats even though it’s not ubereats who prepares the food! The bug was just walking around the lettuce when the bowls were opened.

Very fresh veggies make a huge difference in Mexican food. Ordered a chicken bowl and the veggies were crisp and had good texture. The guacamole was tasty and was a good addition to the bowl. The only downside is watching how little of certain items they put in the bowl. Simply ask for more to avoid a lackluster bowl at no additional cost(unless it’s guacamole or meat). The bowl is a much better way to go than a burrito though.

When ordering a couple bowls the service felt very rushed, it was super annoying. There was no need for it there wasn’t even anyone behind me waiting. Then I was waiting for more steak because they were out and some other girl comes up and starts the same thing!! yap yap yap yap yap do you want this do you want that!? Like the first girl wasn’t capable of handling one persons order???? How the hell are these kids being trained?? Probably won’t be back to this location, there’s plenty of better places to eat all over this shopping center.
