So I just got back from Arizona on a work trip. While I was there I went to a steak house and overpaid for the the second to worst steak I’ve ever had in my 42 yrs. Instead of being that guy and leaving them a bad review , I wanted to come on here and leave this place a good one lol. Travel all over doing road construction for work and have shoved my face with my fair share of steaks but every time someone asks me where I’ve had the best steak in my life ,I keep coming back to this bowling alley in the small town of Conrad Mt. I tend to order my steaks medium due to being screwed when I’ve ordered medium/rare which is how I like my steak but I ordered medium rare that day. Steak came out perfectly cooked, perfectly seasoned and just heaven on the tastebuds . Best ribeye ive ever had! Just shocks me that a place like this gets it but an expensive chophouse down in Arizona doesn’t

Horrible service. While ordering my steak salad I wasn’t asked how I would like my steak cooked. She said it “come’s already sliced up”, meaning frozen, the steak was hard as a rock, I could not eat one bit of the steak or the salad. The salad itself was expired, as shown in the picture by being soggy. 0 for the rating and this place should be shut down. Bugs were crawling on the floors and it’s winter here… worse place Iv ever been.

Branding Iron is a very nice place in Conrad where you can have some good food and a few drinks. People are very kind and the food is absolutely delicious (check the daily specials , you won’t be disappointed!) There is a bowling alley, a billard and a bar, so everything you will need after a day of hiking on the mountains. Hello from Italy!

My wife and I stopped by at 3:30pm on a Tuesday on our way to Glacier National Park. We honestly did not have any expectations. We were extremely impressed for a small town operation. It is a small 6-lane alley that they actually had to turn on when we arrived. It was an awesome experience. The gentleman working the bar was very friendly and helpful and service was impressive. The food was great, the adult beverages were cold and correct. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this establishment.

Stopped here for a burger and beer on my way through. The atmosphere is nice and the food was good. The beer selection was okay; no smaller brews. There was plenty of parking and access was easy with a truck. I would go back.

After a small RV park almost two hours away took our reservation but didn’t hold our reservation we ended up at the Ponderosa RV park in town. Tired and hungry, we found this place to hopefully cook us up a burger. Well, it was after the grill had closed so she offered us drinks as any good bartender would do. I ordered a whiskey and Pepsi and my wife ordered a patrone margarita. I fully expected a $25 check on those two drinks. Nope. $9.00. While we were enjoying our surprisingly inexpensive premium drinks, a bar patron bought a round for everyone! Okay, at this point this was getting to make for a great night. Then my wife discovered they had pie. Hell yah, sign me up for that!
