I’m usually not someone who leaves negative reviews, especially for small businesses, but this experience was impossible to ignore. I placed an online order at 1:30 PM and called at 1:45 PM to confirm delivery. After waiting nearly two more hours, I called again at 3:30 PM and was told the food had been “sitting here” waiting to be picked up — despite the fact that we paid a delivery fee and left a tip.
Only after that call did the employee agree to deliver the order, which finally arrived around 4:00 PM. Unfortunately, the service wasn’t the only issue. The food was just as disappointing. The boneless wings, which were supposed to be mild, arrived completely black and tasted awful. The pizza was extremely doughy and lacked flavor.
Overall, between the excessive delay, poor communication, and low-quality food, this was a very frustrating experience. I truly hope the tip was worth it.

One star because the girl at the counter was nice. I know there are plenty of places to get a sub in the area, but I wanted to give this place a try. I originally went in to try a slice of pizza, but they didn’t have any fresh slices available, so I decided to give a sub a try. I don’t know if this is the normal protocol, or if the person making it ran out of food at 6:30pm, but if you’re going to charge $14 for a cold sub, you really need to use more than one slice of meat. I should’ve known when the cashier handed it to me and it was light as a feather. I really have never seen anything like it. Experiences like this make me miss living near places like Maybacks and Good Guys.

Where to start. Picked up pizza at 715. Restaurant lights were all off. Wasn’t sure they were open or not. Get the pizza home. It’s orange. Flat pepperoni. Greasy cheese. Spongy crust dough. Sauce wasn’t too good. $30 is too much. Way too much. Sorry. Maybe it was an off night

The pizza is pretty solid but somehow worse than the previous Johnny Labellas despite using the same ovens.
The real issue is the subs. The turkey sub we had last week was easily the worst sub I’ve had in decades. The lettuce and bread were definitely past their expiration date and had a funky after taste.
The turkey looked and tasted like it was from a prepackaged blister pack in a Tops deli aisle. I rarely waste my time on negative reviews as I prefer to compliment quality and good service, but I wanted to make sure I did this as a warning to others.

Used to go before when it was called Johnny Labella’s. Decided to try it out. Took the special of $1 wings. Forty wings… half Wayne’s World seasoning and Honey Barbecue. Didn’t disappoint. Still trying to figure out the Wayne’s World spice combo. Really good. Definitely looking to try more from the menu. The fish menus look tantalizing.

Arrived at 5:30pm and nothing was ready, order was “missed.” Only option was refund or wait 40 minutes. No discount was offered even after asking for one specifically.

Ordered a sheet pizza online, half pepperoni and half chicken. Online defaulted to a 30 minute pickup. Erin called right away explaining sheets take a little longer and gave a more accurate pickup time, saving me time waiting for nothing. The pizza was very good – kids loved the chicken. Overall a great experience, will be back.

Guys please fix your dough. It’s like a thick brick. I don’t usually complain but when I’m spending $90 on a sheet and 30 wings for dough that’s chewier than gum, it’s a problem. Cajun and Hot wings were good but the pizza is a huge huge problem!
