Take out order was all wrong.
Didn’t get what I asked for. All my 6 piece happy meals were 4 pieces.
Snack wraps were suppose to be without cheese and it’s like I asked for with extra cheese no lettuce.

Truly terrible experience never said this about a fast food place before. Well if you can call them that they are not fast at all waited for 45 minutes for an order and when I have to bang on the glass door to get helped because the diner is closed is really stupid. I THOUGHT THE CUSTOMER COMES FIRST?!?!? They let me in and I see employees laughing jumping around and running around like are you serious. I truly will never go back please don’t go this place sucks and a lot of locals them self hate this location!!! Walmart location will always be better on food service and atmosphere!!!!!! This is disgrace as a MCDONALDS CORPORATION FRANCHISE STORE DONT KNOW HOW ANYONE WOULD THINK THIS IS ACCEPTABLE

advertised as 24 hours. not 24 hours. last night went to this location at 2:30AM was told the kitchen was closed and unable to take any orders until 4am, unless i wanted a strawberry pie. kitchen switch over from “dinner” to “breakfast ” should never take an hour an a half. i work as a manager in food service, and have been to several mcdonald’s around the valley. never have i ever been told i was unable to be served because they are switching to breakfast or lunch. at 10:30AM the store doesn’t shut down to prepare for lunch, why is that the case when it switches to breakfast. always something wrong with this mcdonald’s late night. orders always wrong, waiting 20-30 mins at a time at speaker for someone to answer. constantly order a caramel macchiato, they always try to give me mocha instead. where is the management?

Ordered a shamrock shake but machine was broken and wasn’t told till 5 min after food was delivered so had to get a refund for that. They tried their hardest to get me to get something else instead of the refund. Got a burger wrong and had to wait a while for it to come back correct. And I asked for a toy and they said they were out, my wife asked 20 min later and they miraculously had one. This location is the worst

I went to the drive thru the other day and got breakfast, they were still serving breakfast I got a sausage muffin meal. I waited for about 30mins in the drive thru parking spots. When they brought out my food they asked what number I was that was on the receipt stuck to my mirror I informed the worker that was mine sausage muffin and hash brown. Since I waited for 30mins in the parking lot they had started serving lunch I was informed that they started serving lunch and that I had fries instead of a hash brown. Might as well have given me lunch for the meal my sandwich was cold… what takes 30 mins for a sandwich!?!?!?! I know mcdonalds is busy but 30 minutes for a sandwich is outrageous.

Restaurant always smells like poop, ordered breakfast at 10:20, got there at 10:32 and they cancelled my order and said they threw all the breakfast away. If you know you have a breakfast order waiting why not make it and have it ready? Just makes sense right? Less wasteful, they make money and we get the food we paid for. The worst part was the customer service, when we asked politely the manager was EXTREMELY rude. Not gonna go back here for awhile.

I mean it’s McDonald’s. Orders are mostly right but always double check. Store can get a bit yucky but they are busy. Customer service is what you’d expect from a McDonald’s. You’re lucky if you get decent customer service. Most times you just feel like you are making their life harder by dining here. Apathetic usually, rude sometimes and pleasant rarely. It’s unfortunate but customer service is clearly no longer trained nor expected. I suppose that’s why McDonald’s is pushing everything to be digital with limited interaction. I wish I didn’t come here so often but my kids love it so I’m here multiple times a week. I also just wish leadership would implement some sort of training for employees working in the service industry.

Drive thru. The person was not taking my order correctly. I ordered egg mcmuffins and got sausage egg mcmuffins.
I ordered 2 – $1.59 coffees and received 1 coffee for 1 small coffee at $1.69 and 1 medium at $1.89. I repeated my order 4 or 5 times and she just did not understand my order. That is a first at McDonald’s. I will never stop here again.
