What a disappointment!! We love Golden Corral but will never return to this one. The food was good and that’s the only reason I gave 3 stars.
The restaurant itself was dirty. Good luck getting the food you wanted because the trays went empty for quite a while!
They only had vanilla ice cream. The other side where chocolate usually is was empty. And forget getting a spoon to eat your ice cream with. All 4 spoon containers were empty. We had to eat our ice cream with our dinner forks.
I think we had a waitress, although we NEVER saw her or him. There were plenty of them standing around the restaurant gabbing. We had to put our dishes on the edge of the table to have room for the next plate. And, we had to get up and ask one of the many standing around to refill our empty drink cups.
Tip: not monetary
Here’s a tip: Do your job, and you’ll get a monetary tip.

Food was great, staff kept barking full but wait staff was on phone minus one guy doing most of the work. We had to wait for drink refills & sat longer than should have

Good food, but the place is obviously understaffed. Had to flag down someone to clean the table we wished to have because it was absolutely filthy. Plates being collected at a snails pace, and spoons were completely gone because none of them were being washed. If this is how it looks when it isn’t busy, I’d hate to see what it looks like when it is.

Lots of variety of good but limited healthy options. Shrimp on the salad bar was stinky. Waitress was attentive to our drinks but not clearing dishes. There was an older man with his music playing on his speaker very loud loudly through his phone and even though lots of different staff walked by him no one said a word. Made for a very unpleasant atmosphere.

I am used to be a regular here on Mondays when kids could eat free, every time I came thru Tra was wonderful to see and always great to deal with, food is usually good and stays stocked. The building could use a refresh though!

Yesterday on 10/20/2023 me and my family decided to go here for dinner & when we got there the lady at the front register was rude! She assumed my kids were adults when we told her we had a 9 & 10 year old and a senior citizen she charged everyone adult prices. So Welles we noticed we where over charged she snatched the receipt and told the manager no one told her there were kids and how was she she suppose to know cause they were tall. Then she rung up all the wrong drinks and everyone had an attitude. No one wasn’t friendly at all and I wanted a refund to leave. The manager also said a refund for the kids being charged full price would be refunded so we will see in a few business days. The bathrooms are never & I mean NEVER UP TO PAR. And the dishes are so nasty. It’s like the rush to wash them and don’t double check to make sure they’re clean.

the best experience ive ever had at a golden corral was last friday night sorry for the late review . Where im from they dont have a golden corral . Over all i loved my time here and will defiently be coming back the manager on shift was very nice and welcoming his name was jacob . And my waitress miss carmen was one in a lifetime and i hope to see her again .
