I ate here and loved it! Gulf Shores was in need of restaurant with this level of food excellence. The restaurant is located in the new Embassy Suites hotel. It is well-designed and elegant while maintaining the coastal atmosphere. You have a beautiful view of the Gulf from the restaurant.

I had the crab ceviche and the fried green tomatoes appetizers. They were both excellent. The stone ground mustard on the fried green tomatoes was amazing. The flavors in the crab spread were excellent and brought out the crab. Everything was very fresh and it was clear that the ingredients were high quality.

The water served to us was filtered water, not tap water. It’s all too common to be served tap water and the difference is stark.

For the entree I had the Gulf Grouper with the pineapple-mango salsa. It was served with vegetables and coconut rice. The fish was well-seasoned and all the flavors of the dish worked great together. I loved the salsa, despite being a sweet pineapple-mango salsa, it still had enough heat as any salsa should.

Overall I’d highly recommend Tide and Table if you’re looking for an amazing dinning experience and exceptional quality food. There really is no other venue in the immediate vicinity of the Gulf Shores area that matches this. To get a similar experience you’d need to visit the Perch at the Lodge or Voyagers at the Peridido.

Also, huge shout out to the staff, which provided exceptional service, something I always want went visiting a restaurant like this.

Manita was a wonderful server, she was very friendly, professional and attentive. We got the pork chop, grouper, kids grilled cheese, a virgin daiquiri and key lime pie. We’ll definitely be back. The view is amazing too!

Atmosphere was great. You can see the beach and the sunset. The food was bad. No flavor and the chicken we ordered was pink. The watermelon salad had badly any salad. For the price they charged…looks like someone was stealing.

Lovely dinner with friends. The blackened grouper with coconut rice and edamame succotash was fresh and delicious! Our friend said the pork chop was too.We had cocktails and wine also.
I have celiac disease. I called before we arrived and the chef called me back to discuss my options. She was so knowledgable and very nice. She visited our table to make sure everything was as we expected. Our server was great too! I believe her name was Manita. The only negative in my opinion is that the restaurant is not private at all. It is in the open lobby area.

We had a wonderful experience at Tide & Table and will definitely be back. Great service, atmosphere, and food. Went with a group and got the crab cake, ceviche, and fried green tomato appetizers— all were delicious. I got the shrimp and sausage pasta for my entree, and it was amazing. We tried alll the desserts and couldn’t pick a favorite. We are local, and I can’t wait to bring guests here!

Some of the best Hotel Food I have eaten. The Murder Point Oysters were the perfect size and were outstanding. The Bourbon Peach Empanada’s with Gelato sure topped of my meal! Will be going back tomorrow night!

Elegant, classy. Carter, Lauren, Manita are great servers. Food is very high quality and not all the fried stuff around you see. Nothing like this unless you drive 20 min around. Great portions. Great sea views! Price vs quality is more than fair.

Had a reservation at 645pm, arrived at the restaurant at 640. There was no one at the hostess stand and a line of four people. The family in the front must have waited awhile and walked into the restaurant to find the manager. The family found the manager and were very rude to her. They were seated and the manager disappeared. My wife and I waited until 7 and did not get helped so we left. Not very happy at all. Do not recommend.

Visited for the first time on a Sunday evening. Every single bite of every single item was perfect & delicious. Tried the Alabama Oyster appetizer which loosely was a crispy fried oyster on a kind of deviled egg with a piece of candied bacon stuck in the egg with a remoulade sauce. I’ve never had anything like it before but now it’s all I can think about. 16 oz Ribeye Steak with some type of special mashed potatoes and some special asparagus. Don’t remember the prep so I’m going with special. I left no scrap of anything. Peach empanadas for dessert. Again no scrap left. Lauren as our server & she was fantastic. Would highly recommend.

My hubby and I had dinner here for my birthday. We really enjoyed the astosphere. We had a table outside. Our food was great and seasoned to perfection. I had the pork chops and hubby had the chicken. I would have given 5 stars, but our server got seated a large table of 8 or 10 people. Once that table was seated they forgot all about us. She probably should have had assistance. Overall great experience and we plan to return with the kids.
