We were hopeful after reading all of the positive reviews but are now wondering if these are bot reviews or if we just caught them on a bad night. Unfortunately Jay, the legend that so many rave about, was not working the night we went. First impressions were not good: There was a woman who worked there scrolling on her break while there were dirty tables around her. The floor was sticky as others have mentioned, the windows were dirty and the trash can in the bathroom was filthy. Small details, but like they say, how you do anything is how you do everything.
The burgers were dry and generally mid, cold buns, not branded with the logo as all the pictures show, and there was a ludicrous amount of bacon and onions on my burger. Worst of all, the fries were soggy and oily as if the fry oil was not hot enough. The onion rings looked great and were crispy but somehow had no flavor. The chicken slider was surprisingly the star of the show, that was excellent.
If Jay is not there – I would go elsewhere, and I recommend they get a professional cleaning crew to come in once a week at least and deep clean the dining room.
We somehow spent $65 for 2 people and were bummed that we didn’t just go to McDonalds. Would love a refund if that could be possible.

Food was a little pricey but you should understand this isn’t a McDonald’s or a Wendy’s. This is some HIGH quality food. First time having Shake Shack and BurgerFi this week and paid the same price. BurgerFi blew them out of the water. Delicious food and lots of it. Staff was very friendly and the restaurant is super clean.

Smash Burger was okay, not great. Fries were not good at all, I had to salt them heavily and use a lot of ketchup to make them edible. Their oreo shake was amazing, really great.

Absolutely unbelievable I ordered for $45 plus including 3 chicken burger and have explicitly said when the person taking order that I need fried chicken patties and still gave me grilled chicken burger.

I’m traveling for a conference and I like to experience the best rated burger near me. Google does great and I appreciate our Google community in providing their feedback and stars.
I used my Google maps on my Google Pixel phone and ventured on a 15 minute drive.
Upon approaching the front cashier I was attended by an employee. I have never been here and I had questions on what a halal burger is. I was educated in a respectful manner by their General Manager Jay Ishmael, of the process of halal meat. He was very kind and attentive. I mentioned I was from out of town and how this place was the top rated burger place, and that is why I came to this BurgerFi location. Jay was amazing. He brought me my food and made me feel very welcomed and comfortable.
I always order a simple cheese burger when I try a new burger joint. So I ordered the BurgerFi Halal Angus cheese burger fry combo and drink.
The balance of flavor and that juicy burger vibe were spot on. Accompanied with fresh cut and perfectly salted fries, made my dinner complete. Wahing it down with an ice cold fountain Coca Cola.
The best way I can describe my experience was that it was very nostalgic. The flavors reminded me of when I was a young child and we would have home made burgers and fries in the backyard.
I am definitely recommending this place to others and if I return to Orlando, I will be coming back to eat here again.

Visited BURGERFI for the first time when visiting Orlando, and it was great! We ordered the “Yes Chef!” Burger and it was made perfectly. James was a really nice guy and we got served well and quickly. 10/10 would come again.

Well i hate writing bad reviews but i was in Orlando today craving a good burger. I’ve heard of Burger fi before but never tried one. I put together an online combo order of a bacon cheese burger combo with sweet potato fries (waffle). When i saw the total of $26 i was kinda shocked but i thought, “well it must be an outstanding burger” So i got it anyway. I asked for no tomatoes and added bacon (charged for it) . Their website is not the friendliest but i muddled through it. When i went to pick up up 12 minutes later, it was bagged up ready to go. Well, when i get it home, there were tomatoes (which i had cut) and no bacon. The sweet potato fries were insanely soggy. I literally ate two and tossed the rest. My high expectations of the burger were dashed immediately with the first bite. The meat was almost raw, the bun was soggy, i had to remove the tomatoes, the bacon was missing and to top it off, the burger itself was at best a 2 out 10. The Wendy’s baconator is truthfully better. I didn’t even finish the burger; it was that bad. Normally, is write it off as maybe i just went on a bad night but EVERYTHING about this burger and fries was bad. I tossed about 95% of the fries and about one quarter of the burger. I cannot recommend this place unfortunately.

Visited this restaurant today in the O-Town center and really enjoyed it. Had a CEO Wagyu Burger and onion rings, phenomenal and highly recommend. My business partner got the Hangover Special with a fried egg, bacon and spicy sauce they call “Boom Boom Sauce” and said it was excellent. Had to grab a Oreo custard shake on my way out and WOW this place is awesome. Big Win!
