The staff was very nice and helpful. This is one of my mom’s go-to fast food restaurants and it was nice to see how nice they are to their customers. They were informative about their rewards program which my mom had no idea. Our food was fresh and hot.

I feel bad because the staff is friendly anf nice. But…we order from here every couple weeks. Our last 3 orders they forget an item. They always make up for it my next visit, but it’s getting to be a real hassle. The order is for my whole nuclear family, so it’s not small, but its not a ton of items either . I always order online and use curbside. So I guess I’d recommend to avoid that and check your order before you leave.

I just bought a 2 piece cod dinner. I was expecting 2 cod fillets. What I received looked like 2 fish sticks. who pays $15 for fish sticks? I was cheated and deceived. Culver’s is a rip off. I will NEVER come here again. I wish I could leave a negative star review. Stay Away from this rip off place !

Culver’s is a nice place to eat. The food is fresh and very tasty. The fish is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The bread is very soft and delicious. The ice cream and custard are also very delicious. They give you a generous size portion of food for the price, especially the onion rings and fries. The associates greet you with a smile and are very nice. It’s a nice place to have lunch dinner or brunch.

I come to this location quite often when I’m in the area and this visit was by far my worst visit. I ordered the buffalo tender basket and paid that was the only positive part of the whole experience. Once I received the food, as you can see from the picture, I was very disappointed due to the size of the tenders. I asked the cashier if it was possible to maybe add a tender to the basket due to the size of tenders and was pretty much dismissed away. I know it might be a little thing but when you’re paying over 10+ for your food you expect to have some value for the food you ordered and I didn’t feel I got that. I normally don’t write reviews about things like this but I felt I had to due to how I was treated. Hopefully next time things will be better.
