Excellent and fast service, and the food is delicious! Truly authentic food with a great variety, something for everyone. The blackened chicken salad was tasty, especially with all the bacon. Nice ambiance as well.

I’ve eaten here several times. The queso is very good. The service is slow, and the last time I was there, the food was not as good as last time. I had chili rellano and it was swimming in grease. I could not eat it–they do allow pets on the patio.

So fortunate to have found this gem! The food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend if you’re in the area and craving authentic Mexican cuisine. The drinks were outstanding as well. Easily some of the best Mexican food I’ve had. We will definitely be back if ever back in the area! Highly recommend.

An ok spot if you can’t find another spot in the area. The food was ok, not the best Mexican food. I found that the rice lacked flavor as well as the beans. The chicken burrito only had 3 pieces of chicken.. all sauce. We also had the chicken quesadilla and the chicken mix that they use for it does not go well.. it’s a sort of chicken stew mixture which just makes the tortilla soggy.. The best thing about this spot is the atmosphere, looks really nice. The lights at night are very cute & a cozy feel. Overall, ok!

La Catrina Cocoa Beach Restaurant is absolutely amazing! The food is authentic, fresh, and full of flavor. The service is friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is vibrant and cozy. Every dish tastes homemade and perfectly seasoned. If you’re in Cocoa Beach, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

Stopped in after visiting the beach. Restaurant looks trendy and maybe a hot spot at night. The decor looks almost club like with neon colors and lights.
The menu is rather large with many selections. We ordered the supreme burrito and the Mar y Tierra plates (surf and turf).
The burrito was good except it looked and tasted like it was smothered in the same sauce they bring out with the chips. Almost tasted like spaghetti sauce.
The steak was tender but the shrimp was overcooked. The cheese sauce on top was accented it. Good generous portion. Seasoned very well.
They serve like a liter of soda, we never ran out or needed a refill.
Only negative thing was that it was a Thursday around 4pm and it was relatively slow, and most of the wait staff was sitting around on their phones between checking in on their tables. I get it you’re bored but that’s not something patrons want to see.

I asked for carne asada taco, it comes with a very small portions of rice and choice beans. Not too many options for sauce only the one that you get with the table ships. Wish it had a side of salad and different sauces, For the price you are paying. Overall average. Service was good and ambiance good. Management should consider expensive pricing vs poco portions.

We were so excited to try this place out but left disappointed. The service was not the best. Not only did our server struggle understanding our English but we were charge $1.99 for 9, yes 9 packets of ketchup. Our fajita meat was overcooked and dry. We mentioned it and our server shrugged. Went long times without water refills and so on. Very disappointing.
The atmosphere is fun at least.

Incredible food. I am something of a big back and EVEN THEN it took me all my reserves of strength to pound the sheer VOLUME of Mexican grub delivered. Friendly server who was authentically Mexican and also very funny. I will be back.
