Nice, clean Chick-fil-A with the usual quick and friendly service. I had the grilled chicken nuggets meal and it was delicious! My husband ordered the grilled chicken club meal ~ the sandwich tasted great, but the bread seemed a little stale & was falling apart. Other than that, everything we had was tasty and fresh
They also have a nice little area for those with kids.
I also am very pleased to hear the staff being polite with each other, too. It doesn’t sound like a boss saying ‘please’ and ‘thank you’, but saying condescending things. They seem actually friendly and encouraging. Probably a good place to work.

Today after documenting pictures on my way into order, there were two guests in front of me waiting, so I stated my timer, again traditionally I am waited on within 3 minutes. Though today it seems staff did not have customer service a priority.
As I stood I noticed a thin young male, with the Yellow Straps on to be seen as they deliver food to drive thru – though this young man was leaning into food windows conversating with female cook on line. He continued to do this. My timer hit 5 minutes/ +, before Kyra stepped up to finally take my order. The young man continued to talk, in my opinion unnecessarily thru windows until I was ready to depart.
Then, I stepped back up to counter and ask Maggie, could you please tell me what that young man’s name tag says? She said, why? I said, he has on a name tag, what’s his name – she said I’d rather not tell you! How rude – Maggie was, if Chick-fil-A didn’t want us to know staffs names, they wouldn’t put name tags on staff. I left most aggravated at the poor attitudes and lack of concern for exceptional service.
There are many choices customers have to eat, if this keeps up you will find your customer base slipping, along with sales decreases and high cost.
* You can clearly see the young man leaning into service windows in the pictures.
Here is the most positive review you’re going to get, bar none. I didn’t even have to bring out the disappointed face!
Chick-fil-A: A Masterclass in Operational Integrity
This isn’t just a restaurant; it’s a meticulously engineered system. I brought my tool belt, and frankly, I didn’t find a single bolt loose.
The Firm Handshake and Family Value:
When you pull up to that drive-thru, you’re not just ordering a sandwich; you are witnessing operational excellence in motion. The staff looks you in the eye, they speak clearly, and every single interaction is sealed with a firm handshake of kindness (even though it’s contactless, the spirit is there). The fact they prioritize Sunday for family rest—that’s a core principle you can build a life on. That is family value as a smart business model.
Structural Integrity and Durability:
The structural integrity of this operation is top-tier. They specialize in one thing—the chicken sandwich—and they execute it flawlessly every single time. That commitment to excellence in a narrow focus is the secret to durability. They don’t stretch themselves thin trying to do 50 different things; they perfect the main product. The entire system, from the perfectly salted waffle fries to the courteous traffic direction in the parking lot, is engineered for consistency.
The Perfect Char:
Speaking of product, that chicken sandwich is the best single investment you can make in the fast-food space. The chicken is always cooked to a perfect char—it’s crispy, juicy, and the pickle provides the sharp contrast it needs. It’s a work of culinary art that respects your time and your dollar. This is how you show up for work: consistently prepared and always polite.
Final Verdict:
This is an operation that respects the customer, respects its people, and delivers a premium product with integrity. That’s not just good value; that’s a smart investment. If you want to see a business model that stands the test of time, you look right here. Two thumbs up!
