Last week we ordered the fish and chips via Uber Eats, the portion and presentation was very good.
Tonight I decided ( against my better judgement, as I’ve never had a good experience here ) to order 2 orders of fish and chips via UE. I ordered a baked potato side and mashed potatoes WITHOUT GRAVY, on the other order.
So, we received what looked like small chicken tenders, maybe 4-5 each that were not good at all and we received mashed potatoes, SMOTHERED with GRAVY.
I also ordered a side of onion rings which were mediocre at best.
The whole meal with tip was $47 which is ridiculous for something I could’ve got at long John silvers for 1/4 of what I paid. The fish was dry with no flavor, baked potato was overcooked.
I figured I’d call them directly to see if something could be rectified before contacting UE, since they are the ones who prepared it incorrectly.
As expected, the girl I spoke to did not come across sympathetic to my issues with my order, her response is to contact UE, we can’t do anything on our end.
She should’ve put me on hold and spoke to the manager but she was more concerned about getting me off the phone.
I contacted UE as she suggested and of course did not get any satisfaction with the exception of $2 credit for the mashed potatoes which is an insult.
Miller’s should’ve at least offered to comp the $20 fish and chips dinners to retain a customer. Apparently customer service takes a back seat today. We will no longer patronize this restaurant.

The food was good but the best part was the service by Destiny. I got a sweet drink and because my food was salty, she gave me a water to balance it out. When set aside my to have dinner, she brought a to-go box with 2 cups for the sauces. I mean, this might be the best service I received in a while, mainly because she was so on point with thinking ahead. I’ve had good service but these extra steps, without asking, goes a very long way, and all with big smiles. Thank you Destiny for amazing service. You are very much appreciated and I’d come back just for that.

On a recent work trip, we were starving and of course thought of Wing Wednesday at Miller’s and thank God Miller’s is everywhere so we found a great location as we were driving on our way home from Tampa to Southeast florida. This Lakeland location was perfect even though it was a little slower the food was not compromised and was hot amazing and perfect and more than anything the service we got from the bartender Destiny was Above & Beyond. She was so accommodating and was personable and listened to all of our food needs and annoyances LOL. It was so nice to have a stop for food and especially some personal experience. I had the shrimp and lobster carbonara which was so delicious and I was so happy I got it but unfortunately it’s actually coming off the menu soon I learned and of course my fiance got the wings and wings Wednesday with the new delicious spicy Peach barbecue sauce! Next time we’re up here for work this is our location to stop into!

Had the spicy BBQ peach wings and the shrimp & lobster carbonara. We sat at the bar, our bartender Destiny was awesome! The food was fantastic, but we can get good food a lot of places. I love great service. If I’m going to go out and drop some cash on food & drinks, there’s nothing better than a personable, attentive bartender or server. Food was great, service was awesome and the drinks were cold & delicious, couldn’t have asked for a better experience

My boyfriend and I came up here for lunch and it was really good. Our waiter was Joshua and I recommend him, he was very funny and stayed on top of our order. The one thing I will say is the fries are really good but the broccoli isn’t the best at least at the time I went in. Still really good food and they replaced the broccoli I ordered with fries which were amazing. All in all great place to eat.

Our food service person Cheyenne tonight around 8 pm 8-5-25. My wife and I ordered the same things steak, shimp, she got a baked potato and i got mac and cheese. We both had a salad. Starting withe the salad…had big lumps of hard lettuce see in photos. Both steaks were cooked correctly my steak was well done and my wife’s steak was med rare. Shrimp was ok my Mac and cheese was terrible no taste at all other than pasta. If you look at the Pic you will see the dark yellowish pasta. Dried it had to have set for a bit before it was dished and brought to me. Nasty! I told Cheyenne that I did lots of reviews when she took our order but we did not see her again until we asked for a tea to go as she brought us our bill. We only had someone show up at our table three times one person to take our order another person to bring our food and again to give us the bill. The food was tasteless. Mac and cheese had no taste other than an old pasta tast. The steak only had a taste when I put steak sauce on it and the salad had big hard chunks in it. I give this place a c minus for over all for being a restaurant and a D for food flavors and and a D for service. I am pretty sure I can spend my money at a restaurant that cares about the customer more than this place did. First time and pretty sure the last time we eat at this particular restaurant.

Just came to try the margaritas (I’m from Vegas) I asked for frozen, but it was blended in a blender. Not so tasty, the place has an old frying oil smell to it. We visited Millers today for the first time in a while! It was very delicious and the food came out hot! We sat inside at first, but it was too cold for us, and the young man at the host stand had no problem moving us outside! He took the menus from our hands and led us outside! We then had the pleasure of being waited on by Brittany! She was very sweet! We will be back!

So we were here for my sister‘s birthday and got a nice long table to ourselves. The atmosphere is typical sports bar. Our server was very attentive. We really enjoyed our food! Especially the wings, steak, shrimp, etc. they had a drink special of a margarita for 499, which was really good and larger than I expected. We’ll definitely be back.

This was my first time at this Miller’s location . We started with the buffalo chicken strips, and they were discussing. They tasted funny. The manager was kind enough to give us another order, and they were equally discussing. She later took them off of our bill. The burgers were decent. The deserts were large and amazing. The temperature was terrible inside. I feel like every Miller’s is hot inside, but that’s just my opinion. My service was good. We had no issues with that. But what did bother me was the amount of dust and dirt on the celling and vents. That needs to be cleaned ASAP. I probably won’t return to this location anytime soon.
