Just for reference this all happened at 2 in the morning. I don’t normally write reviews unless I’m given attitude or being disrespected. Whoever took my order and run me up was a sweet woman I have no issues with them. To the team who made my food it was also delicious and had no issues with them. Now to the Big Bald Whopper at the window giving me my things. You guys needa do something about that disgusting attitude he has because that’s unbelievable. I kept thanking him and was nothing but nice but was met with a nasty look each time I asked for something. This is how the interaction went. About 7 cars before I got to the window, the line was being held up and I assumed maybe it was a difficult customer. I work fast food so I get the struggle. They looked like they were getting heated but mind you all I could see was the bald man at the window and his aggressive mannerisms but because I’m biased and work in fast food I just assumed that the customer was the one being difficult. Not him. Fast forward I’m rolling up to his window to get my food. He asked me what I got and so I’m about to hand him my receipt and he gives me a stank look and tells me to just tell him. Red flag #2 because if Ima be honest the aggressive way he was talking to the customer 7 cars prior was unacceptable because unfortunately no matter how difficult some customers are you can’t allow yourself to falter and fight back like that. You need to remain professional and respectful which he lacked it all. Then red flag #3 was when I asked him if it was possible for me to get 2 sweet and sour and again the Bald Whopper gives me a very stank face and when I say stank face I quite literally mean he looks at me like he’s disgusted at the sight of me. He says “No no I can’t do that I can only give you one.” Okay. That’s perfectly fine. That’s why I asked if it was possible but to look at me with such disgust the way he did. He needs to rethink his life choices with an attitude like that before someone humbles him real quick.

I live very close to this McDonald’s, so with that said I don’t have anything negative experience there very late at night on a weekend. This McDonald’s is about 6 blocks north of 7th Ave in Ybor City, so I’m sure at 2:30am on a Saturday night it’s probably crazy! I go a couple times a month during the day and it’s a better than average McDonald’s in my experience. So take that for what it’s worth. I’m sure an overload of drunk, hungry people don’t make the experience better there! lol. Good luck
I do want to add… after reading some prices people paid I would bet that the reason for this is due to something I read a while back concerning fast food chains. They are employing different pricing for different times. Meaning if you go to this McDonald’s say around 10am the cost will be what you expect and if you go there at 2:30am on a weekend they’re probably charging more for the same items. It’s just another way that companies are making more money!

They had a large order to fill and did well.. took 20 minutes.
Staff is nice, manager just needs to Polish up a little bit in customer Relations towards this occasional dasher and future dash-drivers.
ITS HARD WORK… I appreciate your effort

When you charge $3.21 for a large diet Coke, this is beyond unacceptable to receive. If it wouldn’t be such a hassle to the employees, I would have asked for a refund. But what I can guarantee you is that I will never darken the doors of your establishment ever again. I love McDonald’s, consistency is incredibly important to me. But if you lose that consistency and you raise prices, going to McDonald’s makes no sense whatsoever.

Tonight I wait in the drive thru 20 minutes for 6 nuggets and two burgers. When I drove off realized they forgot the sauce. Walk back to the window to ask for my sauce and the manager starts yelling he put it in the bag then called the police saying I was being aggressive. Yes the manager of McDonald’s tried to have the police murder me because he forgot my sweet and sour sauce. EAT HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

I bought a milkshake, but they said the ice cream machine was broken. They didn’t offer me a refund or anything. I asked for a coke slushy and fries which would be the same value as 1 milkshake ~$4-5, but the guy working wouldn’t give me them. He only gave me a coke slushy. Why would you not replace an item with items of equal value??? It was a really bad experience, I felt put on the spot to replace the ice cream I wanted with something that I didn’t even want. I would’ve rather gotten a free voucher for a milkshake next time, and just gone somewhere else to get ice cream. But they didn’t even offer me that, or even apologize, just put me on the spot to pick something else. Now I have this slushy that tastes bad, and I can’t even get something else because I already have this thing that I was put on the spot to choose. Very bad experience and would not recommend this location. 🙁

Went through the drive thru 3 times. The employee asked for the code and then proceeded to ignore us for 15 minutes. Eventually we were waiting with 10 cars at the drive thru. The employee did the same thing to everyone. The service here is absolutely horrible. Atp just also close your drive thru.

I just am confused where the company finds their workers and why 9/10 they are all incompetent. We make the most simple order and they give us sandwiches with NOTHING on them. Ask for sauce and they can’t give sauce. Can’t give a receipt. Nothing. Like how is any McDonald’s functioning with 10 workers and all sharing 1 brain.

The food and service here is phenomenal…. Unfortunately it seems like every time I go inside there are a lot of homeless people who openly panhandle in the restaurant which makes me uncomfortable

It’s a convenient meeting place, quiet and right off the exit. There were some people sleeping in the booth next to me.. kids killing time waiting for parents to get off work maybe. They have the self ordering kiosks which are easy enough to use.
