The very best pizza spot in a sea of great options. Ordered the Grandma Pie with pepperoni and was treated to a crispy, lovingly portioned delight. Also had a chicken cutlet sandwich that was freshly fried and delicious. Even the espresso is quality. Very friendly and humble staff

It’s a rainy night we ordered pizza, zucchini, sticks, tortellini soup pasta fagioli soups. Came exactly when they said even a few minutes sooner. The packaging is perfect because zucchini sticks can be mushy. 1st time A gentleman on the phone said this would be my pizza place and he is now correct the sauce taste amazing perfect pie. We did a plain pie tonight. Thank you.

From NJ originally. Came back to visit family and wanted some good NJ pizza. Just stumbled upon Pondeellis and it was awesome. Got a large cheese pie and penne vodka. Maybe the best Penne Vodka I’ve ever had. The pizza was the type of NJ pizza we were looking for. The service was great, food was awesome, and prices were fair. Would recommend this place to anyone. If we come back to the area we’ll definitely be back!!

Hidden gem in Toms River! I went with my family after a friend shared a post from IG. Anthony (owner) and fellow worker Todd were very hospitable. The pizza was delicious, the buffalo chicken is noteworthy. To top that, the cannoli was the best I’ve had in a while! Freshly filled with a nice and crunchy shell. We’ll be back for sure!

Pondrellis is a cute little pizza joint. They have about 7ish tables to sit in and eat, they do delivery, and are on doordash/grubhub. They have a good looking menu and they offer catering at a decent price. The store is very clean and well-decorated. The workers behind the counter were very welcoming and friendly. They answered all the questions I had.
Now for the part you’re looking for.. the food.
We ordered an antipasto with Italian dressing and ranch dressing, American cheese French fries, and a super thin crust/crispy plain pizza.
The antipasto was delicious. The toppings on the salad were nice and fresh. They put a pesto spread on it and it was beyond wonderful. I have never had a hard boiled egg on my antipasto but there was one and it was a nice addition to it. I was not a fan of the Italian but the ranch dressing that came with it was delicious. Next time I’ll order a bigger size to go with it since I dip my pizza in it as well.
The french fries were very crispy almost like a double fried fry. They were so good.
The thin crust pizza, that I’ve seen on tiktok before going, was delicious. I love a good thin crust pizza dipped in ranch. I should have taken a picture of the thin-ness of the pizza. It was not overcooked and had the perfect texture to hold and no “weep” or sag.
Overall my experience was great and i will be back again to try more items on the list and will update this review on other visits.

Fringe Class
So good!! Was craving a grandma pie and saw the good reviews for pondrellis.. I opted for the “grandpa pie” with basil and pesto as well as marinara AND vodka sauce.. it was exactly what I wanted and it hit the spot!! Always drove past this place and for whatever reason I never tried it.. but wow! One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had delivered. Great service too, the dude on the phone was a gentleman and answered questions and was very patient. I will absolutely be ordering again!!

Side salad veryyyy overpriced for basic lettuce, i think ~ $10. The best salad is bum rogers, fresh mixed greens and great dressing, under $7. Pie at pondrelli’s is avg at best. Sorry, that’s my honest opinion in this inflated market…..pay for this, they give you that.

Tried for the first time today and this is gonna be my go to spot from now on. Everyone was incredibly friendly and my food could not have taken more than 15 minutes to be made. Ordered the Granpa pie and a vodka chicken parm sandwich. It was absolutely amazing, so flavorful and so delicious. Prices were also more than fair in my opinion for the quality. Good food and good service costs money, and this to me did not even seem overpriced at all.
