[Update: 1/5/’26, restaurant reopened in time for the new year, it now looks bland and boring but only for a few years, they did also took the refill station away as well] This location has since been changed differently compared to my last visit, and as a result I took all of what I can capture of the former design it once had. It closed Monday (Sept. 8, 2025) due to a months long renovation and the refill station they have was gone (due to the company’s cost cutting messaures and a crackdown on unlimited refills). If you are going to get a refill, you’ll have to ask a staff member. The bathrooms on the other hand was very neglected, but change is what IS for the best.

Staff there are rude and unprofessional. I was excited to order the new big arch burger and was left disappointed! They didn’t even add another patty! So weird to do that with a new burger serves a very bad image.

The food at this McDonald’s location is great. Everything that I ordered was freshly made. Dinning area very clean. The young lady (Rakiema) working at the register was kind, helpful, friendly, and treated me with respect. Thank you Rakiema for this wonderful experience at McDonald’s. Keep up the amazing work.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a worse experience at a McDonald’s. I think you should just shut the entire restaurant location down. Manager had his hands in his pants tucking his shirt in then went to bag food without washing his hands, like what! One of the employees wouldn’t stop coughing and not washing his hands. Got my order wrong in the drive through so I went inside and it took them 20 minutes to correct the order. Absolutely unbelievable.

Burnt tenders, all 3 sandwiches I ordered were quickly and poorly made with little ingredients. Really disappointing after a long day of work across town, to come and get quick bite and I get some sad sandwiches 🙁

Food was not the same quality as other macdonalds, and employee looked me funny made me think they where messing with my food some how. My fries were cold and soggy and hamburgers looked off. I ended up just throwing it out and driving mile to the next macdonald which I had a lot better food quality and experience there.lossed 13 dollars but learn my lesson to avoid this macdonalds.

I ordered a LARGE MANGO SMOOTHIE with my food it also states that on the receipt, Why the hell do I have a small orange juice in my bag ?? This has happened on more than one occasion where this location has gotten my order wrong . It’s very frustrating

Get some professional staff who has a degree lol. This place is shit. No one is in the register to take care of the customers and delivery people. The staff are always in and don’t even respond to a customer waiting in the lobby. If McDonalds wants to keep it’s name, better try to avoid employing these kind of people.

Four stars for food and service due to the fact that I just left there after ordering a McChicken sandwich with no shredded lettuce and Extra Mayo. I’ve never had an issue with this location, however, I get back home, and my sandwich doesn’t have any extra mayo. I used to work for McDonalds, I know that with extra mayo, there’s mayo on both sides of the chicken patty. There’s only one single squirt of mayo on the burger. Simple error, however, I’d like this error to be brought to attention.
