The pizza was overloaded with toppings, so much so that the dough didn’t cook thoroughly. The crust ended up being completely soggy to the point that the pizza fell apart. We ordered a three topping Large pizza with jalapenos, banana peppers and spinach. The toppings were so heavy we actually had to pick a lot of them off (and we’ve never complained about too much toppings before!) If I wanted heartburn I would have just eaten a jar of jalapenos and skipped the pizza part all together. This experience all together was just so ridiculous. Pizza hut has never failed to disappoint me! It sucks that this town doesn’t have a Domino’s! (Then again, sh*tty staff is sh*tty staff, no matter the company they work for!)

I called to order carry out today. I got the answering service and ordered a LG 1 topping and 12 wings. She said the total is $47.50. I said, excuse me, she said it again. I said that is a lot for what I ordered. She hung up on me! I will never order from there again

You’d think after spending almost $40 on your order that it would at the very least be correct. Yet they arrived at our house with the wrong pizza. No big deal mistakes happen. But to have to take the wrong pizza back, make us wait, then finally send the correct pizza with a completely different delivery person, and offer NOTHING to make up for the mistake. We’ve had several disappointing experiences with this pizza hut in the past but this will be the last time they get our business.

I will never go back to this Pizza Hut again. Worst experience I have ever had anywhere. Food that was delivered was not what I ordered. Called store to correct the issue, no one ever answered. Sat on hold, waiting, for someone to answer for 20 minutes and never spoke to anyone. Finally had enough and drove over to the store. No one at the counter to help customers. Could have stole the register and they never would have known. Some kid finally came from the back to ask what he could help me with. Told him this is what was just delivered to me and it was wrong. Offered to make a new pizza, but by this point, my whole lunch break was gone. Told him to cancel the order. Still got charged a delivery fee for a $1.75 drink. Asked him why no one would answer the phone. His response was that their phones weren’t working due to COVID-19. I didn’t realize answering a phone was going to put his life in danger. Chevy’s can have my business from now on. At least they answer the phone, even though apparently it’s extremely dangerous.

I place my order online, stated it would be ready for pick up at 730. I arrived at 736 and was told it was not ready. At 745 i was told all of my items were burned. Prior to this I heard a staff member asking for help multiple times while 5 employees stood at the back door socializing. No one came to help him. The entire environment was unprofessional. I didn’t get my food until almost 8pm. Majority of the staff were walking around in flip flops with socks one actually had open toe thong flip flops. I was repulsed by the behavior and the lack of professionalism in that restaurant. I usually have the pizza delivered but the website wouldn’t allow that option. It will take a lot for me to do business with this restaurant in the future.

Ordered pizza at 7:09. Stated delivery time was 7:59. Called back spoke to someone after third attempt at 8:45. New and improved delivery time 8:57. It is now 9:44 no pizza. I guess they meant AM. I am just glad we didn’t pay for it when we ordered.
