Shahs of Kabob truly delivered a memorable experience for us. Everything we ordered was fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. The kabobs—both chicken and lamb/beef—were tender with a perfect char, accompanied by crisp salad and fragrant basmati rice topped with saffron. The grilled shrimp was succulent, pairing perfectly with the fluffy, aromatic rice. The atmosphere was inviting; ordering was easy at the counter, and our food arrived quickly, served by attentive and thoughtful staff who made sure we felt welcome.
Cleanliness stood out, as the place was spotless and organized throughout our visit. their amazing dessert case, which featured everything from decadent multi-layer chocolate cakes and more. Each slice was generously sized. With outstanding food, friendly service, and that impressive array of desserts, Shahs of Kabob is a place we’ll definitely be returning

The lamb and beef skewer was HEAVENLY: extremely juicy and tender (not to mention fresh).
I ordered a side of hummus, and I’m glad I did because it was okay… not what I was expecting: rich, creamy and garlicky (personal preference).
I would come back just to have the skewers again, and again.

Stopped by for a quick lunch which became a dessert overload 🙂
A fast-folding joint with most delicious kabobs. We had the koobideh kabob platter that was most delicious. Really loved the flavors and service. Everyone is so friendly.
We saw that had some nice looking cakes and went for baklava cheesecake and a slice of the chocolate layered cake. Those were massive servings and excellent. They even offered us a Neapolitan on the house as they said it’s their best seller. So that’s how our quick lunch became a journey into yummy desserts. What a nice memory and food.
Would definitely come again when in town. And thank you for the staff for making our stop a memorable one.

Koobideh was decent, but the flavor was mild and it wasn’t even served hot. The veggies were fresh and the portion size was fair. Solid option overall, though it would be better with bolder seasoning.

an Iranian living in Boca, I was really hoping to find a decent Iranian restaurant nearby — but unfortunately, this was a huge disappointment. I ordered the kabob, and it was honestly one of the worst I’ve had. When I make this dish at home, it turns out 100 times better, and when I order it at other restaurants, it’s 1000 times better. Even the rice — which is the simplest part of a Persian meal — was poorly made.
I’m not trying to be harsh, but Persian cuisine is all about flavor, texture, and care in preparation, and none of that came through here. I truly wish Boca had a proper Iranian restaurant that does justice to our amazing food, but this experience was a total letdown.

Shahs is the BEST spot. Such clean food, so filling, perfect sauces. My man Ali is the best too! Highly recommend, been here 30 times and will continue to go back! Greatness!

Shahs of Kabob in Boca Raton is one of the best halal spots I’ve tried. The koobideh and joojeh kabobs were juicy, perfectly grilled, and full of flavor, and the rice was fresh and fluffy. Portions were great and everything tasted fresh off the grill.
Also shoutout to Ali he’s the best there super friendly and makes the experience even better. Definitely coming back.

As someone from Turkey who has tasted Adana kebab in the best places — even in Adana itself — I have to say, this one was truly exceptional.
The portion was generous, the meat was top quality, and the flavor was just perfect.
