This is my wife’s favorite go to place. Place has best salad I ever had. Great bread. Service today was so so. Seems our server would rather be elsewhere. Wife enjoyed her Outlaw Ribeye, cooked correctly and my grilled shrimp were good as well. Used to great here and today did not hit the mark.

I thought I would get mediocre food ordering to go, however, my steak was cooked to perfection! Not only was my steak perfectly cooked but my broccoli and baked potato was as well. The staff were extremely nice and brought my food out quickly.

Date night dud. 10-15 minutes to be acknowledged by our server. 25 minutes to get drinks (water). Appetizer served room temp. Steaks ordered medium –were served rare. Brussels sprouts served without the honey drizzle. Server didn’t reappear–no one followed food to see if it was correct so we sat there a loooong time waiting to let someone know the food was wrong. Cups emptied–refilled once by a server from a different table but never by our server. Salads came out way after our meal (“the salad guy is behind”). We saw our server maybe 3 times the entire hour we were there–she wasn’t visible at other tables either. Almost the entire time the manager was hanging around the hostess stand–not checking on tables or helping “salad guy” catch up. If we are craving Longhorn, we’ll head to a different location next time.

After having several bad experiences at the Morrow location, we decided to give the McDonough location a try instead. I’m so glad we did! We went on a busy Saturday and they actually had their online waitlist turned on, so I put us on the list. Traffic was terrible, and I was texted saying our table was ready, so I had to cancel my place in line and do it again. When we showed up I did not see anyone else waiting. They greeted us very kindly and immediately sat us. The restaurant was PACKED. Our server, Veronica, was fantastic. She was taking care of our table plus a large group of about 15 people in addition to ANOTHER table. She told us she had been with Longhorns for 24 years but was just now waiting tables. She did an amazing job. Our flo’s filets were cooked beautifully and everything tasted great from the bread to the brussel sprouts! We will definitely make this our new go to Longhorn’s spot.

My family and I have received terrible TO GO service consistently at another location and desperately needed a change before giving up all together. However, we decided to give this location a try and I thank God we did! Who ever is the manager for the TO GO orders needs a raise!! I don’t know where to start; thank you for being fully staffed and ready for the Sunday rush. Thank you for the care and attention to detail with every order. Each meal was absolutely delicious, and not thrown together. Our order was ready when it said it would be , AND your designated employee running out TO GO orders was so pleasant and kind!! I’m so glad we patronized this location, we started planning our next outing before we even finished our plates!!! GOOD JOB SUNDAY CREW!! It was packed but you all rocked it and controlled the crowd well, seriously THANK YOU

We came here after my son’s graduation! And when I tell you we got five star treatment! We arrive a little bit before they opened and believe it or not they open the doors for us! We were greeted by a wonderful hostess who sat us down and Michelle was our waitress. Michelle was absolutely awesome. You all are very lucky to have her as a waitress. She made our dining experience exceptional! Five stars for Michelle. Also, the food was absolutely delicious. I didn’t get a picture of all of it, but we had the spinach dip which was amazing. The firecracker Chicken wraps you can’t go wrong with those and much more. This is our first time at this location but this will be our permanent Longhorn spot from this point on. Thank you all for an amazing experience.

Upon our arrival, the hostess seated us almost immediately. However, after being seated, we waited about 10–15 minutes before our server came to the table to take our order. Once the server took our order, another 10–15 minutes passed, and we had to ask if we could receive our drinks and bread. The server brought them to the table within about five minutes after we asked. Both strawberry lemonades were watered down.
When I received my steak, i requested it to be cooked medium, but it was overcooked, and his fries were cold. I then sent it back and asked for the steak to be remade. Unfortunately, when the second steak arrived, it was cooked even more well done than the first one.
At that point, we decided to leave because we were not satisfied with our visit. Additionally, when I went to use the restroom, I almost slipped and fell because the floor was extremely slippery.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is terrible. They have no idea how to run a business when it’s busy. I ordered to go online and received a call within 5 mins that something I ordered was out of stock. 30 mins later I receive a text my food is ready and to pull up for curb side. I go to the restaurant and all the curb side parking is full. I decide to park and go in. I waited an additional 45 mins after my order stated ready before I got my food. I had to keep asking and the response was always “someone is packing it”. They claimed there were 50 to go orders which is not my problem. If you can’t handle the orders then you shouldn’t offer the service. Multiple people were complaining. Only when I started demanding a refund is when they actually started to pack my food. Once I got home to eat not only was the food cold but the salmon had multiple bones in it. This was the worst service I ever received. I spent $74 worth of food and I can’t even eat half of it. This was a waste of my money and time. 0/10 recommend. Don’t waste your time going. The food is not worth it, and the service is definitely not worth it.

Pay Attention to this review before going here. I came here today Feb. 23, 2026 at 2:45pm. I just came to get a drink and finish up some work on my computer. I came in I sat at the bar, according to the atmosphere I could see they were busy so I gave things a little grace. I sat at the bar next to this couple, I could see they haven’t been serviced yet, so I waited patiently. Well, the bartender didn’t acknowledge the couple or me, which I noticed once the couple got up and left. Seeing that they left, it rung a bell in my head to see how long he’ll (bartender) would take to greet me. So maybe a minute or so a guy and a lady comes to sit in the same seats the couple once was, and instantly the bartender started to service the two people who had sat down. He greeted them, gave them drinks, gathered up their menus and didn’t look my way not one time to even service me. Well if you haven’t guessed it yet, the couple was African American and so am I, but the two new guess were caucasian so was the bartender. Yet, I didn’t react like I normally would I just gathered my things and left and took my money else where. Let this be a note to future guest before entering this place. I felt very uncomfortable
