This is a tiny location, not really meant for dine-in as it only has a couple of awkwardly placed tables. But for carry-out it was great. The lady taking my order was pretty friendly, which I did not expect with the general vibe. When I went back in to get it, the guy again was friendly. Pizza was cooked perfectly, and was good. I’d recommend based on just this one experience.

First of all I wanted the pizza delivered at 845 pm and received a call stating the store cant stay open to normal time (9pm) because they don’t have a closer…ok…I acquiesed…deliver at 745… this is what I received.
Edit: this was made right by management. I returned and haven’t had a bad experience. I would contend the place could be cleaned a bit more though.

Tried the new Taverns Pizza at Pizza Hut on Becthel Ave, as you can see I had to use a spatula to scrape the slices. No liner whatsoever, plus cardboard particles on each square. Such a disappointment

The lady with shoulder length hair with white in it is not a good representative of pizza hut. She was working 5.18.25 when I came in for my order and she came off as dismissive in telling me my order was not ready. This is not the first time either.
I have no issues with the other staff however she’s always In a I hate my job mood. Guess jaded she opens solo or something.

Quite possibly the worst Pizza Hut ever. Maybe it was just the shift working that night, but it was terrible. We ordered online and were told it would be ready in about 20 minutes. We got there about 5 minutes early and were told to wait. We sat in the front area for 45 minutes. Other customers came and went, but most had to wait between 15 and 30 minutes. Another customer came in that had received the wrong delivery, and the staff argued loudly (in front of her and everyone else) about whether the order was wrong and whose fault it was. Finally, after we had been there for 45 minutes, I went to the counter and asked when our pizza would be ready. The kid looked in the warmer, said “oh here it is, we didn’t know you were here” and handed me the pizza. The pizza itself tasted great, but it wasn’t worth the wait and the rude staff.

I called to order. Was sent to 1800 # waited a couple minutes on hold no biggie. Order was delivered via doordash I paid by credit card and driver wouldn’t leave my order saying I owed cash. Tried calling back for proof I paid by card and currently been on hold for 29 minutes. A lady answered said please hold for management I said I’ve already been on hold for 15 minutes she was nice said sorry. But damn it’s now 8:00 and either want my food or my money. Just answer the phone.

We order often from Pizz hut at the same location. Tonight our pizza was so awful!, it looked like someone flattened out our pizza like so flat and ordered extra sauce and the whole pizza was dry hardly any sauce at all.. 2 of the breadsticks had nothing even on them ,completely plain and cold. The pizza was warm but sticks were cold. We didn’t even eat 3/4of the food it was that bad. Needless to say Pizz Hut gets a big Fat 0 and we aren’t going back for that kind of pizza anymore. Pappa John’s is right up the road
