Ordered our food, and heard nothing else from waitress for over an hour. I had to walk up to the bar to get drink refills. Only food I got in the first hour was fries that were not ordered by a table and they were taking back to the kitchen. Waited over an hour after ordering our food for or waitress to come ask us how we were doing, the only food we had was left over fries. Another 10 minutes later another waitress brought our appetizer. After an hour and 20 minutes we asked to skip the food and close out our bill. The only positive was they told us the cheese sticks were on the house and sorry about the wait.

My wife and I go on a date every week. We always try to go to different places. Red Robin is the exception. It makes it into our rotation more often than not. We love the bottomless drinks and sides. The fries and sandwiches are always delicious. The waiters always seem happy to be there. We went to this location today and had incredible service. Chains are not usually our thing, but Red Robin is always a win.

We generally have always had a good experience at Red Robin. We came in tonight o celebrate my 14 year olds birthday because Red Robin is his favorite restaurant. It took over an hour to get our apps, and then another 30-40 minutes to get our food.
We asked for another round of fries and a Mac and cheese for my son. Waited, waited…nothing. We told the waitress it was his birthday and was looking forward to having everyone sing to him. Nothing. Our waitress finally comes back, and we asked about the Mac and cheese and she said “I didn’t even ring it in.” They must have been behind, or short staffed, which could be the reason. My son was super sad he didn’t get sung to. But, at that point we had been there over two hours. Hoping it was a one time fluke, but pretty disappointed.

First off our waitress was amazing! She didn’t skip a beat and was excellent at refills on drinks and offering our bottomless options for refill. Her service cannot be matched! We had a table of 10 adults and 1 baby! We all work together, except the baby of course. We’ve asked to have him join us, but not sure HR would allow it. Back to the waitress she was witty and kind! She was willing to move us to a bigger space where we could stretch out. Sorry Red Robin our company may poach her
The food was awesome as usual! 1st time I have tried your pickle chips, mozzarella spirals, brussel sprouts, garlic fries, and sweet potato fries. In order to try all these things at once, you have to invite 9 people to go with you to Red Robin
I love the Royal Red Robin burger! It’s my favorite. I always get it without the bun, lettuce, and tomato and Red Robin is accommodating of my changes! Thank you for that! With all that stuff on it I can’t eat the whole thing it’s too much haha! Steak fries with ranch are THE BEST! Keep being great!

After miscommunication about the number of people in our group who were deaf. The manager, Courtney, came out to help and moved us to a better spot to accommodate our group. She was amazingly fluent in ASL. She helped facilitate our orders with the waitress with her ASL skills. She was so friendly and patient and made sure we were happy with our food. If you’re deaf and go to this restaurant.. ask for Courtney.. she will absolutely make sure you get your orders correct and you’re satisfied with the service. We definitely will come again. Thank you Courtney.

This is a place to go for a good meal. They have a pretty complete menu offering more than just pricey burgers. The staff was friendly and we were seated pretty quickly. The food was hot and service was prompt. The noise volume can be a bit loud at times as this is a good place for parties and family gatherings.

First of all, Stephanie our server was amazing and so nice! We had the crispy chicken, tender salad, chicken fingers, mushroom burger. The fries were delicious. The seasoning on the table is great for everything. Food was served quickly and hot. atmosphere was great.. sorry usually have food photos. We dove in too fast.

First time going to Red Robin and I wasn’t disappointed. They did give me a different sauce than what I asked for but the sauce I got wasn’t bad. Came here with family and friends with a baby and seating was mixed up at first because of some miscommunication between staff but the table the gave us was fine and when light was literally shining on our faces they were nice enough to close the blinds even though the Karen complained saying they’ll just eat in the dark like there wasn’t a light right above their head or anything. That was really the only downside to the occasion. Would come again

Our server Christin absolutely made our experience. We always love Red Robin’s food, but she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. My dad brought in a couple coupons and she helped us split tickets to use them before they expire. She was quick on refills and jokes. All star server for sure!!!

Worst service ever. I understand you were busy, but you should staff accordingly. Only saw the waiter once after he took our order. Never got drink refills even after asking a different server. Manager was focused on cleaning and not customer service.
