This is a must every trip to Rocky Point. It looks abandoned during the day from the outside but once the doors open it is an absolutely great place to have dinner. Located right across from Sam’s Club you won’t be disappointed. Chef Tomas prepares incredible dishes. Our favorite is Surf and Turf and Shrimp Scampi (which isn’t on the menu). Fernando has been our waiter and we look forward to every time we go there.

This place has a great assortment of different dishes. Service is always top-notch, and the owners always greet you with a smile. The restaurant is a bit smaller but is always very clean. The food can take a little longer to arrive, especially when there is a large group, but that is expected. Their prices are very competitive and the quality of food is excellent.

Pomodoro absolutely delivered a five-star Thanksgiving feast — incredible flavors, perfect portions, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home even while celebrating by the ocean. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made the entire experience feel special from beginning to end.
From the appetizers to the main course and dessert, everything was cooked to perfection. You could tell they put real heart into creating a holiday meal that went above and beyond expectations.

A hidden gem of a restaurant right off of highway 8. The caesar salad was delicious and presented beautifully. It was accompanied with freshly baked focaccia bread which paired nicely with the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Next was the main course of a perfectly cooked medium rare filet topped with a crown of shrimp. The sauce paired really well with the steak and shrimp. For dessert a freshly made brownie topped with a cappuccino gelato covered with a warm and delicious sauce was the perfect ending to my meal. Give Pomodoro Restaurant a try and I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised like I was.

Had dinner there last night. I had the ceaser salad with chicken, my wife had fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. My salad was very good. The Alfredo sauce was also good.
In both dishes the chicken had a spongy bit to it…weird.
I still can’t believe they serve their very good bread with margarine, cheap, oily tasting margarine. An unbelievable no no for a “good” restaurant….still can’t believe it! Yuk!

A hidden gem in Rocky Point. Love that you bring your own bottle of wine. Excellent service. Love the quaint ambiance. Focaccia bread…. WOW!!! Food is tasty and made to order. The chef came to our table to see how we liked it. Fernando, our waiter, was very attentive and spoke excellent English. Prices were beyond reasonable.
